No. Straight up Prison. She Broke Laws. Her dog was Off Leash in a City. She Resorted to her Firearm First. She Shot a Dog while the Owner was holding his Dog and was trying to Separate them. Female Cops are Proving to be a Liability to the Force, because their First Instinct is to Use Deadly Force First on an Animal rather than trying to do the Right thing. In this case, this Female Officer didn't bother to try to help the man Separate the Dogs, she Resorted to Violence and shot the Man's Dog and could have Hit him and injure or Kill him, she fled the Scene of a Crime as well, and ANY Well Trained Officer would have stayed to Ensure that the Man was ok and uninjured and she would have called for Officers and an Ambulance just in case and did things Legally, but instead she Flees. She needs to be Fired and Barred from owning any Firearms and thrown straight in Prison. Jail is too Lenient for this kind of Shit in our Modern Day.

* just rewatched and realized her dog had walked away (street side) while she approached the man & his dog from the sidewalk and SHOT it AFTER THE SITUATION. That was straight up a vengeful attack. She lied (obviously) when making her police report bc there was no longer an actionable threat to attempt ending and she took the shot after her dog was walking away on the street. Not even did the threat of her dog being run over by a car stop her from committing murder/attempted murder, she didn’t even look her dog over for injuries, let alone rush to remove it from potential harms way b4 picking it up when it was in the street😑. This whole situation would’ve been avoided had the cop followed the law in the it’s place by having it on a leash. I hope there’s no updates in the future that once again shows cops not having to face the same consequences we face - even after their gross f-you attitude to the laws they get paid to make other ppl follow get ignored by them, results in murder/serious injury and nothing happens to them legally, financially nor work wise in regards to a real consequence in addition to some degree of justice for those on the other side. ❤️🩹I’m sorry this happened to that man and his dog❤️🩹

We had a similar situation here in Waukesha back in the 90's, when the Oswalds robbed a bank, later they took a hostage. The cops opened fire on them, with her in the van, knowing full damn well they had a hostage, but since they shot and killed a police captain earlier, they went on a Revenge Shooting... shot up the van, missing both crooks, but wounded the female hostage.. Ooops sorry about that!

How were we suppose to have seen this? I saw the man kick to separate the dogs and it appeared he did that to his own dog. I then saw him grab his dog as the woman was cowering by the building. She walked close to the man after he stopped the attack n had his dog in his arms and then I saw her suspicious body language and heard the man screaming in anguish as the wm speed walks away looking very guilty/scared but in that “gotta get outta here b4 I get caught” way. *Isnt this what most ppl see or am I missing sumn?
San Jose police are the law breakers!! I left there when I was 16yrs old the brutalized ppl they broke up a party I was at we all ran my friend was found rated she said the cops gang raped her!!
I understand how he is upset over this kind of stuff, but is it not a bit "extreme" to want to flip off EVERY cop??? I understand there are bad ones out there, but there are a lot of good ones too, why give them a hard time too???
