I personally loved the states closing, the analogies, the hypotheticals, even the movie references really hit me. Especially when he said that she doesn't need to lock him in a suitcase to speak her mind, we saw videos of her doing that to his face just fine.
Agreed! I think both Prosecutors did a great job! I can respect Peter's opinion as a practicing lawyer having his critiques but if I were a Juror, I think they brought their point home. Their case makes sense.
@TamTam-qe1hr she had a chance to get out in 5 years. She's so narcissistic she turned that down. That was crazy stupid. She'll get a minimum of 25 years, which leaves her a little over 20.

I don't understand how Sarah was even allowed visitation with her son, given the DV (by both her and Jorge), law enforcement involvement, alcohol abuse, all of which her ex-husband, the child's father, was aware of.
As a dv survivor I didn't believe SB defence from the beginning. She's had over 4 ,years to come up with her story and i dont buy it. If justice is to be done for Jorge and his family the jury needs to find her guilty as charged. RIP Jorge 💔
I'm also a DV survivor...Agreed, Sarah's story has never made sense. Her original story "Not Intentional" " No malicious intent" didn't make sense. Her new story of this imminent threat was a complete fable.Any of us who has gone through this would've ran out of that house if our abuser was trapped .She's Guilty. 2nd degree ✅

Another misconception. Juries do not decide facts. If you cut your finger off and a jury decides that it'll grow back do you think your finger will grow back? Of course not because juries don't decide facts, facts are facts, they're the truth regardless of what anybody thinks.
I thought the violent pet comparison summed up how she treated him in their relationship. I had a visceral reaction to that analogy. The Star Wars one fell flat in my opinion...
Omg I really can't believe this guy. The family can't show emotion watching a video of their loved one dying are you effing kidding me? Nobody lost a message due to the delivery. The message was clear, it was cold-hearted and cruel.
