Between all the half days, Lally repeating every witness' answers in his own words, endless quesioning about the front door vs side door and sidebar after sidebar, this trial is gonna last all year.

She cried because she slipped that Colin wasn’t in the house when John was there. Cover up is huge! That judge needs to be investigated as well.

Defense asks incriminating question, witness looks at prosecution table, prosecution objects, judge sustains. Rinse and repeat.

So much tougher to remember the lies than it is to remember the truth

When she doesn’t want to answer she looks at her attorney then the attorney objects and then it’s sustained by the judge. It’s like she controls it.

Does the town of Canton have a drinking problem? Everyone is driving drunk (including police officers) and parents not caring that their underage children are drinking.

For defense: "Sustained" - For prosecution: "I'm going to allow it". Every time, please fire her, clearly playing favorites. How is that a fair trial

Sometimes i have trouble figuring out who is examining the witness as the prosecution doesn't seem to be scoring any points...

Lally even underestimated the questions the defense would have for the dna expert. The cross was excellent!

Neither the prosecutor or the defense wanted to pursue the statement “Colin was not there when John was there.” They both chose to let it just hang in the air for fear of which way it would go.

This judge is a complete JOKE. What's up with all the "Correct" answers . The courts I worked for required a Yes or No.

The investigation was deficient in this case. They had a person they thought was guilty so they zeroed in on her and never bothered to question anyone else.

Ricky D'Antuano the driver of the pickup did not see or flash the suv to let it turn before turning on Fairview. Contrary to Julie's brother and his girlfriend's statements. Girlfriend says suv parked 2-3 feet in front of them at the house and boyfriend 1 1/2 car lenght then 3 but Ricky says it was already 20 yards in front of them.

I need to clarify because the inane questioning by all the attorneys is exhausting and I haven't been able to watch everything. Have we established why this house full or randos urgently needed to murder John and frame Karen?

My only criticism of the defense is that I think they went too hard with specifics on what they believe happened to John. It’s clear to me something happened to him in that house, but none of us knows exactly who did it, how and when. I still lean with a fight of some sort happened and John left injured. They figured he call Karen but being injured and confused, he passed out on the lawn. I believe Jenn and that car saw him when they left around 1:45 but laughed and did nothing. Figuring he’d be fine. Jenn had a moment of conscience and googled “how long to die in cold” when she got home at 2:27am. Brian made the calls with Higgins around the same time. All said screw him. When they found him dead the next morning, they realized whatever fight happened was now a homicide. That’s when the coverup started. I’m also leaning toward Higgins possibly being the one that the fight started with. Maybe some words about Higgins going on a date with Karen. It happens. Then all the “bros” jumped in. The dog did what dogs do and protected. Remember, they all admit Brian was letting Chloe out at that exact time. Someone took it too far and hit John with something in the head. John left and passed out to die in the lawn. That’s my theory. But my point of my criticism is that is clear the defense doesn’t know exact details of what happened. No one would but those involved. So don’t pigeon hole yourself to death me exact time or culprit. Stick to he made it in the house and someone or some people beat him resulting in his death. It’s gonna be telling to see McCabe and Higgins testify.
