When representatives on either side start talking about “my colleagues on the other side”, or they use their 5 minutes to talk about how unimportant a hearing is they lose all respect in my view. I am sick and tired of EVERY hearing involving someone talking about how the hearing is only a way to score political points or jabbing at the people running for president! Please, just do your jobs and be respectful and take your hearings seriously! America is begging you!
Congress needs to focus on discouraging members from spreading hatred. It’s currently being spread from top to bottom. Mr. Williams should encourage safety for all students from guns, hate speech, bullying, etc. this meeting should include members i.e. M.Greene who encourage hate and fear. This meeting has focused on firing teachers and not letting educators finish their testimony.
No there is not, speech is speech - and I am quite sure a few congressman here have broken the law by telling these administrators to fire employees for protected 1st amendment free speech.

Saying you are doing something is a lot different, than actually doing something. Too many people lie instead of showing dignity, humility, and integrity. Palestine does not exist without Israeli support. You want a free Gaza, then Israel should kick out Palestine and force them to go and beg Jordan and Egypt for land they can call their own!!
