The proposed 2024 budget of the OVP for its MOOE is 2.124 billion wherein the 500 million Confidential and Intelligence fund is also inserted in that same budget in order to ensure safe and successful implementation of its activities and projects. This means that the OVP needs almost 25% of the project amount just to make it safe and successfully implemented. If we will compare it to a car insurance, a 2-million car only needs an average of p50,000 in order to insure it for one whole year. Ibig sabihin gumasto ka lang ng 2.5% para maging safe ang sasakyan mo, samantala ang OVP ay nangangailangan ng 25% para maging safe and successful ang kanilang mga projects and activities. See the difference?

Diko gets kung bakit ginasta sa mga feeding program, libreng sakay, etc. yung confidential fund e para nga daw yun sa pagcollect ng intelligence, paggawa ng safe house etc. May mga spy ba sa programs? Pwede namang ilagay nalang sa regular budget
