Great video, Jason. I do have a complaint about the girls in the thumbnails: they aren't in the video!!! 😂 Other than that, don't sweat the prudes. An idea for a string of condos to view is: the buildings that allow animals. We may or may not have a dog when it is time for us to move to Thailand. Even if we don't, I know my wife will be clamoring to get one ASAP! Besides the Riviera, it seems that most newer developments don't allow them, it would be good to see what places that do allow them look like. Finally, I work in TV/film post production and have managed the editing teams for many TV shows, so it is great to see you putting more effort into the editing. Looks good! 😊

I couldn't believe some of the prices for what you get in Bang Saray . My favourite was the 13,500 baht but then you show one a few floors down and it's 4000 baht a month cheaper , not the same views , but if your on a budget it's just brilliant. Keep up the vids Jason they are appreciated 👍👍
Another great condo video. Would be interesting if you could show what amenities are around each condo. For example 7-11, restaurants, on a Bart bus route etc. thanks again for the videos.
Thanks, yeah sometimes when I’m on the bike doing the condo videos I do this but was in the car with the agent yesterday, let’s just say that the 7-Elevens and places to eat are all close by 👍

Could you also inform us if each place you view has open air or undercover parking spots included & whether the electricity / water are gov rates or different. Another excellent video. Some lovely condo tours. It does make a massive difference to get away from central pattaya area and enjoy some proper living instead of all the noise and everything else that goes on.
Another great clip notice that the bathrooms need a good ceiling Exhaust Fan a big one not those small ones they have that is where the mildew comes in a must indeed.Great job jason.

I really liked that two bedroom condo, especially the way there were bumped out areas in the floor plan. I could easily fit a piano in the living room. I also loved the pool design with the gym above. The only thing I would have liked better, is if it were a large one bedroom instead of two. I wonder if the wall could be taken down? The condo you showed for $5 a day was an exceptional value ! And, the swimming pool was huge, great for lap swimming. This one was one of your best Jason, well done !
I will definitely be renting so I can move around and explore the country more when I return. I also think that in about 6 years time I can be fully retired and then possible buy a place to live. These places are really nice and affordable, thanks for showcasing them. I am liking the USD rate, hope it holds up.
the rents are nicely affordable but what they list starting sales prices at all over the country seem at least 15-20% too high. i wonder why they want to negotiate so much on the sales but yet keep the rents in line. nice units as always! thanks jason!
Holy Crap those cars/4wd's are expensive! I just can't fathom how Thais pay for them or they must have very favorable payment terms/contracts. Interesting stuff thanks Jason.
I know right, Thais do finance them and they often have very good interest rate campaigns going, just impossible to get finance as a foreigner with no income

On an average, how much might an electric bill be per month on a studio or one bedroom? Is Cable for USA stations included or extra, and Internet, too? Lastly, are the pools heated?
Maybe 700 baht per month but depends how often you use the a/c and how old the a/c units are. No cable and generally wifi not included and I’m yet to see a heated pool, really not required here. Thanks 😊
Great video as usual. Comparing gas prices. Canada an oil producing nation . We are paying 1.5 per liter average. Thailand not an oil producing nation paying 1.4 per liter. Food for thought.

Good option if you can afford it , I read somewhere Thailand has about 1000 e.v charging points across the country and it costs about 50% less on fuel costs , but you never know what's planned with China investing a lot in Thailand.
Agree also, not Chinese owned, I actually met the owner who is European and they live in Bangkok so I think they figure if it doesn’t rent, they can use it as a weekender

It's reality there beautiful people and places , if anyone moans about vids or Asia they need get a life lol most prob watch any TV and moan , life don't just cater for them it caters for all so don't look as millions do like to see all 😊
Sounds like me M8 I am a boring person who likes quite places like Bang Saray, I did like Jason's mannequin though and have joked with him about , but there are plenty of other channel s that cater for that kind of thing like the walking street videos.🤔😅😅😅😅😅😅
