10 years ago, BGC ranged from 2 to 5 million, and there was a lot of open space. Now, the pricing is up to the moon. I am glad I purchased our condominium in Covid time.

good condo when you like golf and watching trees. Interesting the platform of the fridge. And that bed...... Location, location, location maybe for many, a nice size condo but sorry... that price 😀

Foreigners I have 2 condos in Bgc if interested.I am the owner. One is in Uptown Bgc new, never been rented, has a beautiful view of Makati.One bedroom fully furnished.It is 45 thousand pesos montly. 2 months deposit and 1 year lease. The next one is if your budget is high I have one in One Serendra an upscale condo.Fully furnished one bedroom. It is 95 thousand pesos a month, 2 months deposit and 1 year lease. I like the way they say … Foreigners I have 2 condos in BGC. Why didn’t you just say I have 2 condos for rent? You said foreigners so you can raise the price. I don’t need people or places like this I don’t care how much money have have or don’t have!!

@@drsiding939 to be honest unless you're a high earning Filipino you're probably not going to be looking to live in BGC. So most of these condos are rented out to foreigners and the price is baked in already so to speak. But like I always say, everything is negotiable and market well dictate the prices. Supply and demand. There are several new towers going up here, so there will be a lot of available units for sale and rent. Thanks for watching.

@@drsiding939.....hey dude calm down, I am being realistic here. The reason I said foreigners is they are the only ones that can afford the price of condos in Bgc. There are some Filipinos that can afford it but they are with a foreigner partner. And I did not use the word foreigners so I can increase the price, the price is the market price value which you cannot afford. Dude make sure do not forget to take your medicine..Chill.🤑 Don't need toxic vibes here. Be like Jj he has positive vibes and common sense compare to you. Thank You JJ...
