So far today, Johnny Depp took to the stand once again, right after Kate Moss testified and Dr Shannon Curry returned as a rebuttal witness. Johnny Depp testified about MDMA pills, Kate Moss and Amber Heard's sister Whitney. This afternoon, Depp wraps his testimony and former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine takes the stand.

The text message AH lawyers attributed to JD, the two referring to Molly that were quite explicit (evidence 883). You can see that those text messages that JD vehementally denied writing or sending are marked as "incoming and read" Yet the earlier texts we were shown that JD sent to Carlio Carson and Dr Kipper were marked as "outgoing and delivered" I believe that AH lawyers have decieved the court. If JD had sent those they would be outgoing messages, NOT incoming messages.

@@measharedmond7826 the message wasnt about mdma it was about having rough s*x with a person called Molly. Only JD did not send it. Stephen Deuters sent it to JD. The message is an incoming message to JDs phone (the owner of the phone was JD) not an outgoing message.

Mr Rottonborn - I think the reason he is so aggressive with Johnny and constantly cuts him off is because he is trying to get a rise out of Johnny. He wants to prove that Johnny can be provoked into losing his cool. And, it seems that the more he pushes and more abrupt he is he is hoping for Johnny to lash out or lash back, trying to prove that he has violent outburst when provoked. Johnny has not lost his cool. When challenged, pushed & provoked, he seems to go to jokes as way to answer the challenges.

All of these amazing places together and she is so damn unappreciative. I would almost do anything to take a ride on the Orient Express or go to Australia. Sucks these super wealthy men prefer entertain 20yr younger narcissistic abusers that have no idea how amazing they had it. Johnny obviously wanted help with his addictions hence the rehabilitation,she fueled so many things to keep him from success . She IS an example of what men complain about.. Then again the rich men pick them so they are just as responsible. There are tons of women their own age that would treat them with respect. But we have too many wrinkles for their liking. So endure the abuse it is...

Reckon that this was an excellent day for Depp's team. The TMZ & photo analysis gentlemen, + Kate Moss's testimonies came across so so clear & factual, which is a cannon of blows destroying so many of Amber's claims. To prove defamation, one has to display malicious intent & disregard for the truth & these 3 witnesses all discredits Amber's testimonies, as well as those relatives & friends who testified on her part. It's so subtly increasing the weight of evidence, & so hopefully the jury makes the correct call, because the entire world can't all be wrong or biased. It's so obvious that Amber is in the wrong here....& if the court allows her to get away with it then just wait for the explosions of similar conspiracies to discredit & extort big money from other famous personalities in the future.

The orient express photo clearly shows a ref bruise above his left eye, but Rottenborn also focused on the mark below the eye to set Jd up for the next photo. But he misled Jd and the jury by ignoring the actual "shiner" that AH gave him on the train ride.

someone needs to be reminded [ ambers male lawyer] that this case is johnnys suit against amber of defimation. All both of her lawyers have absolutely no evidence of it, and all throughout the trial hes agreed to taking lots of drugs, and uptight loud school teacher amber, has aswell been proven to takinen lots of drugs as well, but always tries to lie about. If they are able to prove that Amber edited and altered the photos and if they are able to disprove her evidence as fabricated, then can Johnny take these findings back to the UK and present evidence to challenge the UK courts ruling. If they can prove that she was lying about the abuse and she manipulated him for years and fabricated evidence he should be able to appeal or at least present the evidence to the courts to clear his name.

I, at first wanted to support Johnny Depp. Who doesn’t? But after listening to Amber’s sister Whitney she has given the strongest testimony of this whole trial. Whitney is the truth teller. I’m also intrigued how Johnny Depp is trying to control the entire courtroom: Judge, attorneys, and even those in the courtroom. Abusers are great manipulators who use their charisma to try to win everyone over and make themselves very likable and trusting. I think that Amber needed someone (her sister) other than herself to tell her story.
