I'm so sick of Heard's team bringing up the money experts are being paid. All expert witnesses get paid, by both sides. All Heard's experts were getting paid very well, except most of her's were hacks or directly or previously employed by her. That male psychologist was just a total weirdo. A surgeon of Gilbert's standing would NEVER risk their reputation for a few thousand or even a few hundred thousand. He's not practicing above a convenience store ffs. He doesn't need the money. Further more, in over 20 years he's only testified as an expert 10 times. In other words he's not a professional expert witness. In fact, it would account for almost nothing of his gross income.

Since each side in the Depp v. Heard case has their own mental health expert, and their opinions are totally opposite, regarding Heard’s mental status and both opinions are compelling and it’s difficult to decide which one to believe and both could be biased towards their client, why doesn’t the court order a third mental health expert to examine Heard? And when the court orders another expert, they should choose an expert who has way more years of experience that the two dueling experts, and also has years of experience of testifying to the court and totally non biased towards either side. I think this is what the jury will have a hard time making a decision as to who to believe. The meta data issue I think will not have affect on the jury’s decision because its too complex of information to understand and unless all the jury members know and understand the complexity of meta data, they will just dismiss that testimony from the experts and not consider anything in the expert’s opinions when making their verdict. I believe the decision of the jury will cause the whole trial to be a wash, having both sides not getting anything. In the end, however, I believe Depp will be the victor, having gained a better public perception, which will help him get cast in future opportunities in the film market. Also, I believe this trial has hurt Heard’s image to the public as well as maybe causing the film making market to make a pass on considering her for future opportunities in that market, but I think she will get more endorsement opportunities in the future. I’m leaning more towards Depp’s side though, not because I’m a fan or anything like that, but because the witnesses on his side sound more believable, and most of Heard’s witnesses were over exaggerating a lot in their testimony. And Heard’s attorneys sound and I get a perception that they don’t believe their own client and have lost faith in her, almost as though they come off of as just being public defenders and just protecting her rights and not considering anything else.

I thought Amber said, ‘Johnny shut it inside folding doors on purpose’ which sounds ridiculous by intended conception. With punching a hard surface the fingers would’ve easily become buckled & broken, or impact sprained & dislocated from force generation, not just a single tip injured by such a high velocity impact described with the comminuted fracture. With consideration to the alternate, more feasible, scenario presented by Team Depp, the marble countertop, being ungiving, would’ve acted naturally as a support brace against the instantaneous shock impact preventing any finger buckling from occurring in the punching manner described which would’ve been present from the insinuated impact proposed by Team Amber, especially with the assumed upper dorsal angle. Not to mention that angle of the digit placement, which I am somewhat unclear on, given it’s four basic dividing angled directions of reception from its distal center-point upon impact that caused the lacerating damage which should’ve proven this clearly, dorsal, radial, volar, ulnar. It’d have been nice to see 2D stencil etches on the perceived laceration from all 4 sides to get a clearer idea of the slice. ✋🏻

Depp was out of his mind after taking vast amounts of drugs and booze, he trashed that house using the injured finger to write graffiti with his blood mixed with black marker finger. It is very likely the compound fracture happened at this time. It would be impossible for a splinter of glass to cause the fracture even if it was possible to have the soft tissue cut that way. The finger would also have to be singled out for it to happen that way. Note no injuries to any of the other fingers. It could have been caused when smashing the wall phone against the wall as holding the phone prevented a closed fist, this was possible. Why would Amber pick the phone out. If one was to do a reconstruction it would certainly disprove the doctors theory. Of course they were chosen to put that particular theory forward. They were paid enormous sums of money to do so. No other glass injuries, no lodged glass makes one inclined to believe it was caused trashing the phone. Johnny Depp is known to have trashed property and is video taped doing just that while out of his mind on drink and drugs.
