If you want to start improving your process / improve efficiency I highly recommend looking into these two books: 1) Toyota Production System: Beyond large-scale production 2) The Toyota Way I think they’ll help a lot, and can provide a good foundation for kaizen (continuous improvement) in a business like this. Great video by the way.

You can get the Matt clamps in the uk Also what compressor are you using i had the same as you but tournador only ran for 19 seconds before the compressor was empty any advice would be much appreciated (from Aylesbury)

Hi Stuart, I personally never had issues with the hyundai running out as the twin motors keep it going but I've had issues with the tornador being intermittent. Did you say you can get those matt clamps or can't?
