If only we'd see this 'piece-of-work' in full incompetent, cowardly, mode (even frightened of his Civil Servants!) BEFORE the General Election. "Ministers have to rely on being given the truth!" Has he never watched 'Yes, Minister'? And he's 'Leader' of the Illiberal-Undemocratic Party, and even has a knighthood. Can the Honours system sink any lower?

I thought Mr Stein was a bit off form today and rather wasted his questions. They were rather long, rambling and vague when he really could have nailed Davy on many counts - not least failing to represent the interests of his constituents.

Will it be the usual "I can't remember"?.
