I am 22 and will graduate university soon also!! So nice to see a comment from somebody in the exact same position as I am right now. I feel lost also and scared because I want fulfilment also and working a regular 9 to 5 job for 40 years just won't do that for me. I sank into a mini depression 3 weeks ago when it dawned on me that this is where "real life" begins

Just breathe and take it slow, life is no movie but it can be. Slowly build yourself and always remind yourself to cut yourself some slack every now and then. take your time, Ur only 13 I was in the same sort of position as u when i was 13. I didnt have many friends, Never kissed a girl (Although thats perfectly normal at that age), And so on. I was feeling pretty depressed. Now that im 18 im in a much better position because i never stopped believing in myself and took action. Keep improving yourself kid, and never let this society talk u down, Only u know whats best for u.

Yes. This is how i feel. I am disabled due to a combination of physical and mental health issues. I want to make a difference in my corner of the world but I fear becoming more disabled.

Just grow yourself daily in every possible way... Thats the code to every life problem, desire, innovation and basically everyrhing

Why would you not want to leave your house, there is a beautiful world out there and your missing out on it. No one is saying you have to be around people if that is what bothers you but. You should really do the things that are fun, think like a kid. God Bless

I am an agoraphobic for the last 15 years but recently I've had a spiritual enlightenment that showed me the true reality of our world and so much more so I signed to volunteer in another country so I'm binging on so many inspirational and spiritual science topics I can. I'm a recovering addict and I learned that if you do anything for 30 days straight it will become a habit. So I used the 30 day method on all mental, consciousness, nature, and all things positive and only things that will add good to our universe. Anyone else want to join the volunteer program they even have packages for poor people like me so check out what worked for me. I'm sending good vibes to all who read this. If I can leap and make it out my house to another country it can be done. "Live life without limits" 🌫️🌬️🌊🦋

I travel a lot myself too. That has always been my message too. I‘m not forcing people to travel I tell them DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY:)) wether it‘s travel or putting down roots and have a 9-5 life. Do what you want!!!:))

I think it's just what your heart is calling you to do. Some people don't have a desire to travel and their fulfilment comes from traveling and meeting new people and seeing new places and others get it from being around a community.. none is wrong or right and both may change at one point or the other..

I mean sure, I agree completely, it’s a fact. It is a more-so first world problem. But if you’re in that certain level of privilege where you have a lot of time to overthink and you’re not fulfilled with your situation even if all your needs are covered, then it’s still an applicable problem for those people. Definitely not nearly as bad as those that are fighting to survive, but I think you can still wish for a fulfilling life while being grateful for the privilege you have through having perspective.

What if you don’t have a fancy car, no bright future, no one around you to relate to, and in your mid 20s realizing you did nothing to pursue your dreams and did what everyone else to you to do?

Where are you at??

Those people will always live inside you, even when they are gone. And if you go live your life, you will have more to share with them, more to inspire them maybe to make changes to live their own lives with more courage. Out of fear of losing what you have, you end up losing what you (and them) could be. Maybe you can talk about challenges together, maybe your relationship will grow if you dare to act. But you will never know until you jump.

But u can't travel with that job. That's not balanced at all. Your time is crying

because you plan to travel and live in hotel and eat in 5 star restaurant. but he travel to work, sleep in the wild, etc. that's why you need digital number and he does not need it.

The end justifies the means.... but consider the internet is so basic, that in some parts of the world there’s is not, it’s is interrupted the signal is not good ...

@@eyyao it's not true. Even tho I plan sleep in the wild, make my own food, stay in the tent in somewhere, I need to buy flight ticket, passport, visa etc. And believe me those things are very expensive in our country bc of the exchange rate difference so yeah I still need money to travel the world :(

Is it possible you didn't do it in a smart enough way? Could you have done the same thing but better?

And if you had focused on your career you would be writing the following comment: "I wish I had travelled a lot. I feel like I have missed out on so much. For years I just saw the same company and only had the chance to travel somewhere once a year. And nobody cherrished my work."

You want to make people happy? The best advice I could give you is to focus on being happy yourself. You're in a very altruistic phase of life. Where you want to fix the world. You're motivated, you have ambition and energy. You're young. It really is a romantic way of being, but as a 27 year old, don't allow yourself to be so naive to believe you're going to change the world. I'm not saying to be selfish. I'm not saying not to care for others. I'm not even saying to give up on bringing joy to others. I am only cautioning you as to how lonely path can be if you forget you're someone who deserves the same joy you hope to inspire in others. Its silly to say "instead of wasting my life away chasing dreams," because you think you can do it all. You're 15 and invincible. But when you live that way and you achieve adulthood you'll find yourself looking back and wondering "what about me?" To bring it all together, do well in school. Pursue your passion. Create a life for yourself that supports YOU in a way that allows yourself to do the altruistic things you claim to want to do. Do not martyr yourself in the name of serving others. Exalt yourself! Raise yourself up to a point where you're able to care for others BECAUSE you've taken care of yourself so well! Be yourself, read, and take opportunities that make your heart sing. Challenge yourself to do the HARD thing when presented with two choices. Forgive yourself when you fail. Have the strength to get back up and try again. And let yourself celebrate when you succeed. Life happens once, you owe it to yourself to explore what it means to be alive.

Find some like-minded people and you will figure it out.

A Plant Thus begins the next great adventure of your adolescence, is finding what you really want. I recommend assertively reading “Into the Wild” or watching the movie on Netflix. You will find a lot of wisdom and will be able to ask the right questions to figure out what you want.

Start with creating a bucket list (things must do before leaving this beautiful planet) 😊
