Live look at the refloating of the Dali 

Once the Dali has been refloated, up to five tugboats will escort the Dali to the local terminal located 2.5 miles away. The tugboats will be moving at roughly 1 mile-per-hour, making the entire refloat and transit sequence a 21-hour process.
