Took my NCLEX last week (second attempt) and passed with 145 questions! Ms Joyce review materials was very very helpful to me. For anyone that failed the Nclex, don't loose hope, I know many awesome nurses who passed the test on their 3rd and even 4th try. The test doesn't define how good of a nurse you'll be!

That’s nice, I have Been diagnosed with a cancer and I will definitely need her help and would also want to know how to get in touch with her. I hope she cures other sickness also?

Thanks Prof Regina, regarding number 5, elevated neutrophils, is not neutropenia wish is good for the explanation, but in the question you put elevated neutrophils, it’s the same for platelets too,thrombocytopenia is decrease, but you put elevated in the questions.
Hi proph. I don't understand why you say neutropenia is elevated neutrophils. Does chemotherapy cause neutrophilia? In the quiz about chemo effect on cells please.
