For the last question, after you check for unresponsiveness, why wouldn’t you then check for a pulse? Then if no pulse, compressions, check airway, breaths?

Professor D I failed my NCLEX RN 2x, it’s not that I have a gap in content, it’s differentiating initial/appropriate/best/priority in regards to prioritization. Please help, I watch all of your content and get 80/100% questions right. NCLEX is extremely vague and I’m just at my wits end. I don’t know what to do.

Professor D, I would like to ask you a question, if you don’t mind. Question: If a patient is on Hospice and they are transferring from ICU to a Hospice floor, and the patient is unconscious. As delegation, who transfers the patient from floor to floor? Thank you in advance.
