Thanks I watch a lot of your videos. Just an fyi, the music is annoying and it sounds like your not in stereo. With that said, still seems like a high price for the market now especially without a pool. Just my opinion, keep up the videos. I appreciate watching the market.

Marlon i would like you to see videos of townhomes or townhouses instead of single houses , but in a corner space. that is nice. something negative about this is the vinyl floors.

Hey Marlon. Not staged but I can envision. 3/2 is good. Like the front elevation re: the stone. Agreed. Deep view on entry but prefer when you can’t see right into a front bedroom on entry. 1st Bedroom a little small but enough for a guest. Bathroom a nice size. Baseboard 👍🏼. Same 2nd bedroom. Nice private hallway. Drop zone. Nice size laundry 🧺 and open concept kitchen/dining/living. Good size pantry. House is in the making so no need to apologize for mess. Covered lanai. Just need my pool 😂. Ok size primary. Oh my. How does a brand new sink break like that? 🫤. Nice size shower. Linen closet. Closet a smidge small but can work. Oh no. Your mic is in and out. Oh looking at the other home too? These bedrooms do look a little bigger but bathroom smaller. 3rd bed with en-suite 🙌🏼 private in that hallway. Nice open concept. Covered lanai. 🐊. That’s a great idea. One pool but the 2 families share. This primary looks bigger. Like barn and pocket doors. En-suite nice but prefer no tub and a bigger shower and sink countertop. Curious what I wrote last time. Gotta look back. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
