He had a full year to pay Cassie $30 million dollars, including being asked a final time 24 hours prior to the Atty filing it legally in court for the $30mil. It wasn’t 15 minutes that her lawsuit was known that he was recorded begging to give her the $30 million right now, cash money G, & her dismissing of charges. By the end of the day, Cassie had $30 million in her hand & she wasn’t able to resend the charges. The DA already had all the information they needed to ensure a conviction. The male assistant who came out with Sean raping him after being drugged is the true unsung hero. Diddy didn’t see that coming & he also had a full year to pay him off. Cassie would have never come forward, ever, had he paid her the money before she had to file in the court.
Perhaps many of us on the outside thought he was just a bad character and over the last year have realized he is actually evil and we keep finding that where we would think are limitations to his evil, we learn information that indicates there isn’t. I have come to the conclusion he is a true psycho who does not care at all. Just knowing that there are more victims and crimes that have yet to be revealed is sickening.
I suspected when he settled the case with Cassie within 24 hours, I knew then he was in deep shit. He tried to play Cassie until the time had ran out for her to submit her lawsuit to the court (he over played his hand time and time again). I believe Cassie will be one of the main witnesses in this case. I also believe many others will get swept up in this case. (guards, personnel security, Managers, etc.). What was he thinking when the Feds got Cosby, Weinstein and Kelly? After Cassie he didn't see that he was next? This is when you get to big for your britches and think your invincible.

I agree about Cassie, but not worth Diddy's associates going down. They'll all take plea deals and testify against him, and yeah, a few will go down, but that's only to give the appearance of holding everyone involved accountable. They already got the top dog, that's really all they care about. Bad news for the bad boy, cause the feds don't care about climbing down the ladder when they're already at the top. It's not something they typically spend much resources on, so Diddy has zero leverage.

All of this stuff has been going on forever. It's just now that everyone has a camera in their pocket more people get caught. Unfortunately, that camera also feeds you a constant stream of all the bad things happening in the world... which might perpetuate people being in a mental state to do bad things. All that to say there are also many, many good and incredible things going on in the world!

He was stopped at the airport while having his private jet packed & fueled & his assistant pulled off the plane & busted with drugs. The courts can’t afford for him to get out of the country.
They already severed their relationship. This is partly why Diddy is in this situation…he sued them for discrimination . Shortly after, Cassie filed lawsuits.

I just want to know why suddenly now? This has been going on for decades- what’s the threshold for “ok now we go after him”.. People think it’s somehow related to justice but it’s more likely he made someone powerful mad and now they’re going after him.

I think victims finally had to enough and came forward. I think their eyes were in him prior, but they had to get EVERYTHING right. He has way too much money and power.

The SDNY prosecuted Keith Raniere of NXIVM notariety. I think the office is using the same strategy to prosecute Combs. (Raniere was convicted and is serving a 120y sentence, btw).
Peter and Pop Tragos, I don't think he should be given bail. One thing for sure, I'm glad that these horrendous acts done by these perpetrators are being exposed. In the meantime, innocent people have been hurt and abused and will be emotionally and mentally scarred for the rest of their lives. He needs to stay behind bars. I don't care who he is! Although I appreciate George’s take on who was going to indict the case, it was actually the Homeland Security Investigations group out of the southern district of New York who investigated, with the help of the other three AORs… But it was a southern district of New York HSI case originally.
