"It is against the law". In some places. In other states/cities/country's, etc. it is legal. And its harmless! I used to hate people who smoked weed, I wouldnt go anywhere near them, until one night when I was a little drunk( GATEWAY DRUG-ALCOHOL.) I thought id try to smoke some bud, and Ive never looked back. I prefer it to alcohol because alcohol has repercussions ie. hangovers, intoxication to perform simple tasks such as interacting and communicating with others to more complex and necessary tasks such as driving or taking care of a newborn/infant. With weed, the only repercussion, is that you can be arrested. Thats it. Theres no reason its illegal other than it providing more health benefits than the equivalent anecdote in pill form, minus the chronic addiction you get from most pills that come from the wealthy factories of the pharmaceutical companies. I can perform every task mentioned above while high off cannabis. The fact that we see people stumbling around, getting extremely angry or sad for no apparent reason, and drunk driving kill more people than the flu each year (not sure if accurate, please fact check) but you get the point. Cannabis has killed noone, its mind blowing to me how we allow alcohol, the substance where you cant even form a proper sentence, to be legal, but cannabis, on the other hand, is demonized to the fullest extent...with no facts to back up the assumption that youre anywhere near as impaired as you are on alcohol...tf people. WAKE up

@@toalua1 this is what the guy should have done IMO: He should have rolled up his windows & stepped out of the car right after he saw the cops and just started to walk straight to that hotel room like normal. The cops would have went up to talk to him and he would have just been like I'm going to see my homies in this room. Then he wouldn't have been in or near his car and they wouldn't have probable cause to search it.

Frank Dux You’re exactly right, I don’t disagree at all. I was simply stating that it was easy candy for the Officers because the guy didn’t do anything you just said. The guy practically gave the Officers everything they needed to have probable cause for searching the vehicle. If he just left the car rolled the window up and directed the Officers attention elsewhere, how would the Officers be able to smell anything. Lol
