Guarantee that guy doesn't understand how lucky he was. He was cut loose on potential DUI, red light violation, driving without lights, and obstruction. Just knowing he had a DUI warrant from another county and was continuing to drive under the influence, I would *never* have cut him that break. I have no patience for DUI - I've witnessed first-hand the damage DUI can cause, and seeing this guy is a repeat offender, nope. I'd field test him and file every charge, especially considering he lied about his identity.
