Well that officer did wrong that he let go this man he could kill someone or himself accidentally it would be safe for public if that officer arrest him and lock him until he gets back on his feet
I don't understand why more people don't act like that. I mean, if I or someone I know is doing some illegal stuff, I don't want it caught on camera, you know? I don't understand how some of these people are so ok with being filmed.
@@TheLimeGreenMan If you're out in public where there is absolutely no expectation of privacy, it don't matter anyway. I know RU-vid lawyers might tell you that cameramen need your permission to film you.......but they are wrong.
That was a good cop, knew that even though he was smoking something “illegal”, he knows a true crime is when someone does something to another person. Props to sending him on his way without caging a man for his own choices for his own body. A+
In some places actually there is a policy at the moment that they only give citation for non violent crimes. Here in my city they just give court appearance for it because of the Corona Virus.
Well........in another episode lady resisted resisted resisted, told him she will not get out the car, reached for something, lit another smoke, tried to shut officer oit the car with her door, refused to take off seatbelt, acted combative, told him don't touch her..etc... No tase No snatching her from car No kicking her No drawing gun on her Noslamming her to the ground I see a change when handling a certain race....TOTALLY!!!!😠😠😠😠
SYNTHESIZER IS KING There is a huge difference between resisting and giving attitude and resisting in a way that implies that you’re about to get violent.
@@synthesizerisking2886 The episode you talking about is a lady.. there is a HUGE difference in the way a woman is handled vs a man, that's true. It's not always a race thing.
@@synthesizerisking2886 yea also that was a LADY who really offered no threat to the officer. A man of any color is a lot different threat than a woman. Oh also crime stats by race.....
To the officer who who stopped to see his happy friend. I want you to know how much a hug means to a that man. He was probably raised by his grandmother, and she was older and probably in bad health. His poor mama worked trying to support him and his other siblings, and he didn't get any hugs or attention. You are a wonderful, kind, caring officer. If other officers would follow your lead they wouldn't be de-funding police departments. Thank you for all that you do for our public. I pray GOD will keep you and your family safe. GOOD JOB
He could probably tell by the smell, it's pretty obvious when something isn't actual weed and like Noah said dude was clearly so high that nothing he said could really be trusted.
A great Peace Officer. Thanks for treating that man as you did. Even if the man was not damaged goods those drugs will make his brain that way too. Pray for them both.
The officer dealt with this guy so much, he knew where he would be and at what time he would be smoking. He dealt with him so much that he just gave up on taking him to jail.
That chick was trying to mitigate a possible situation. People don't know what's going to go down. It helps the police feel safe to have someone from the neighborhood speak up for an individual they are dealing with. This particular officer/deputy/trooper was cool but the other people involved may or may not be familiar with that individual LE officer.
@@CollectorChronicles she wouldn't cause any unnecessary drama, obviously. But she will have to be doing lots of recording and getting in peoples faces, in order to fully give the police officer the right advice at all times.
@@bubkasaurus yeah i was smoking out of a bong here just on the sidewalk cops pull up ask what im doing i was honest told them what i was doing they did nothing they didnt even take my weed they just told me to go home gave me a fist bump and drove off
they acted like this with the guy because he's not a threat to anyone but himself. His mind is gone there is no use in punishing him in jail because he has the intellect of less than a child
Also, shouts out to this officer for seeming to be one of the few good ones who still hold onto their humanity behind their badge. Seems like he was raised right.
"We're gonna save you from some disease aaaaand oh yea it's also illegal and you can't have it" LMAO that made me laugh so hard. This cops priorities are admirable imo
Cop wasn’t interested in arresting him bc he “wasn’t a danger to himself or anyone else” and just wanted to make sure he’d get home safe before “turning into a zombie”. Thanked him for being cooperative, and didn’t talk down to him. Definitely need more cops like this :) 👍🏻
@@Nothing2Interesting It isn't nearly as bad as videos like this make it seem. Every big city has areas like this but there are far more good places than bad.
