Just that one stop cost society thousands of dollars that could be put towards education, health care, and infrastructure. And FYI, pot is legal in Oregon and many other states. We DID vote for people that would decriminalize pot.

I’ve never heard of anyone ever wrecking or being caught driving while high because of bad driving. There have been studies done, especially in the Netherlands that show pretty clearly that weed doesn’t impair like alcohol does. I’ve been in the car with the driver smoking, never felt unsafe while I almost put my gun to the back of my friends head when he refused to pull over after drinking.

they are entitled to do so via probably cause. they are responsible for keeping the community they serve safe and legal, and if they smell or see any federally illegal drug they have the realistic right to remove it. it could be a little bit of pot to 50 pounds of meth, they still have to do their due-diligence to preserve their community. use your head Robinson Crusoe, you sound ignorant and misinformed.
