EntityHammer It just occurred to me when I read your comment, he has a manly brooding voice - kinda like a LA Noire detective, or some male lead character.
i think that's an excuse because that could lead to a compromising situation. Most people shake with the right hand. if you pay attention at 3:55 his right side is also where he keeps his gun. mr. restraining order could simply, if he so chose to, could grab his right hand for the shake and use his left to reach for his gun.
So it is alleged..... If I knew your RL name then went around saying that you were a threat does that make what I say true? Does being divorced from her make it true? People do lie. Sometimes they lie to be jerks. What does bug me is that how was he supposed to tote the kids anywhere? Walk? Walk to where?
how was he professional to the father outside? he literally judged him by his religion and solely the wifes side of the story and did not equally treat both sides with due dilligence. the man came to see his kids they have joint custody instead the cop did absolutely nothing but interrogate the non aggressive non impaired man and turn him around with coming up with a solution
@ElVer Galarga How can you say that by watching a short clip? This guy may work 30 minutes away and told her to call the cops while he was on the way. Apparently they get there first.
This shows you how easily things can change. If that would have been me rolling up and I made it before the police... With the history and that stuff he was posting on Facebook would have caused us both some serious trouble.
Just to add some context, each and every germaphobe is different, phones may not be one of his triggers. Phones used to not be one of mine until I saw a girl walk in the stall with hers at my school. He may have used that as an excuse, or it may have been legit. Please don’t go assuming triggers.
For most Officers shaking someone's hand can be a safety concern. However here I would say the guy was pretty dirty looking and he just didn't want to shake his hand.
People take the scriptures that say you shall not commit adultery and wives submit to your husbands as is fitting to the Lord, to the point to where even when a husband is being physically or mentally abusive, or actually committing adultery, to where the wife can never separate herself from her abusive husband! His is not want God wants, but these people have been so deceived by Satan... Hope you know who Jesus truly is bro!
the reason why we shake hands is to show the other person "hey look, I don't have any weapons at the ready". the cop doesn't want to give off this vibe to a potential thread.
“She Doesn’t like authority, she Doesn’t like a man telling her what to do” she’s also a human being who doesn’t need a guy to do that she can do what she wants
And that's our system for you. There's a mentally ill woman living in our building. For years she's been verbally assaulting people, but never actually going any further than that until the last couple months. She physically assaulted me. I found out she also physically assaulted another neighbor. Because there were no witnesses either time the cops wouldn't touch her. They are called constantly, they come talk to her, then leave. They do nothing. One of these times someone is really going to get hurt. That's why people end up taking things into their own hands so often.
@Miguel Cisneros you sound just like my dad, who abused me and my mom for years, said he wanted to break my arms and tried to kill my mom multiple times. there are good men but most of the time? the bias is right, not wrong.
He probably doesn't really care too much about germs. It's a safety thing. If you let a perp grab your hand then they have an advantage over you. He just said he's a germophobe so he doesn't spook the guy.
Thats why he asked him when he said it. If he said today he would be in handcuffs but they are not going to prosecute a threat that was made 5 years prior.
Dude: “I consider myself a Messianic, uh, Goheen” Cop: “You ever threatened to kill her” Dude:”Yep. Back in 2012” Cop: “Ok. Cool. No immediate threat here” Umm. What kind of a cosmic bunny hole did we just fall into here? Nothing good can come of this.
A four-year-old threat that was never actioned is hardly 'immediate', is it? I am in full support of the mother in this situation, but that doesn't mean I can't use common sense...
I hope all goes well for that woman and her family. Because that dude won't give up on whatever he's trying to do. Hopefully he ends up in a place where he won't harm her and her family or anybody else.
Nah in NY homeless ppl be tryna shake your hands and you just gotta be like nah I’m good I don’t know you. Cop def didn’t want to shake those hands lol
"I don't shake hands. I'm a total germaphobe" ...yet he works in the law enforcement...where he sometimes has to tackle people to the ground, handcuff them, deal with drug paraphernalia such as needles, search cars, etc..... LOL XD
He didnt go through the red light. If you look the light turned red as he was almost through the intersection. He probably was entering the intersection as it turned yellow.
Rod You know he was kidding right it's a joke in the Live PD community to joke about using hard drugs since most of us are stoners and probably occasional cocaine and LSD/shroom users. Also cocaine can do that too it really isn't the drug itself that does that it's when you lose sleep and coke binges cause sleep deprivation and so that's why coke addicts can actually end up sufferong the same as meth addicts.
4:24 all due respect but Yellow means slow red means stop. Once your 2 front wheels leave the white line on a yellow you are legally allowed to go even if it turns red whilst crossing an intersection and he was well past those white lines when it turned red
@@theresalwaysaprice5413 Maybe it varies by state but here in CO it's actually the rear wheels that need to cross the line before the light changes, BUT if only the front wheels make it the ticket is less than normal. At least that's how the automated intersection camera tickets get issued.
Theres Always A Price actually yellow means stop if it’s safe to do so, if you’re too close to the lights that coming to a stop would be dangerous you can pass through so long as it’s safe to do so
All things considered, this was actually handled pretty well by all parties involved. Dude obviously probably has a few screws loose but he left when he was told to. This is how adults should handle these sort of situations.
This guy is so relaxed and conducts him self real professional as if its entertaining him self through out his day.. somthing tells me there's a dark side to all this perfection
Based on just the title and thumbnail I was assuming it just gonna be some drunk guy who was like "you cant arrest me, I have so many followers on instagram!" Wasn't expecting the cult and threats of violence!
Usually YT suggest me episode or even few minutes clip. I obviously agree and ending up few hours later realising I lost about half of my night sleep. That's a standard procedure.
I don’t shake hands I’m a germaphobe 😂 imagine him telling his boss that. Or his wife’s dad or anybody who shakes hands out of respect... wtf??? Also. Current husbands hair dew is extraordinary 😂😂😂😂 the way he flipped the back up and forward 😂😂 I’m dead 💀..
My dude if you're germaphobic how can you go through people's cars, search them and reach in their pockets, and respond to calls where there could be blood? 😣
It's not that. Generally speaking cops don't shake hands with suspects. It's a safety issue because if you shake hands they can grab you and you are at a disadvantage. He most likely not actually a germaphobe.
Guy: Threatens Ex-Wives Mother saying she'll "find her daughter and grand-children in graves in the backyard" Cop: Na, he's not threatening their lives. We'll let him go.
The Waite crazy dude’s word against ex wife. That’s hard to prove in court. Unless it was documented somewhere and he was the author to it there’s not a lot the cop can do. Crazy dude could also claim it was for a play or something along the lines of freedom of speech
@@Ramonaaa448 I'm not entirely sure it's completely hearsay, but I understand your position. They said during the video that the Ex-wives mother received it as a text, which would obviously be easy to provide to the police. However, I agree with you on the point regarding the author of the texts, prosecutors could obviously argue that since it came from his number, it must be him, but one could certainly view that as hypothetical evidence. Thanks for your response.
