Hello, I'm from Cartagena and this is a beautiful city, but I'll give you some advice: as a tourist, they will always try to sell you very expensive things, even up to triple their value, so ask for a discount and another thing is that there are sellers always trying to sell you something and that as a "free" test but this test is never free do not be fooled do not accept anything that is "free" equally with people who do massages and that one test and end up charging you 3 times its value. As a person from Cartagena, I like that there are many tourists in my city so that you have the opportunity to speak English with other people, but I am realistic that sometimes people here can be a bit tricky. I've been to most of the cities in rhe USA. Montreal & Toronto Canada , many parts of Mexico, including Mexico City 2020, Rio, Dominican Republic several times directly & via cruises. Also most of the islands via cruises.. PuertoRico, St Thomas etc.. I went to Cazumel and met a woman from Colombia. The next year I visited her in Bogota. I listed the above to assure you that Colombian women are the most beautiful I've EVER seen..that's including Rio. I'll be going to Cartagena in April🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😍😍😍

Lots of tricking in cartegena. But I met a lovely paisa doctor in Medellin. Lived rent free in her apt for almost 3 months. Of course I paid for dinner, drinks as men are expected to do anywhere but we we had a balanced relationship. In fact she doted on me and expected nothing in return. When Latinas fall in love, they fall head over heels. I had quit my job at the time to backpack, but had a ton of savings, so she basically had the same financials as me at the time. We travelled around the country together, and she’s definitely one of the loves of my life. In the end we broke it off cause my visa ended and she never planned to leave her country. Colombian girls are lovely just meet one’s who have a career and other ambitions than finding a man, wealth, visa etc
