My Papa is such a visionary Leader, im inspired to create wealthy, he lays the plan clearly, Ugandans are blessed to have a leader who encourages them to create wealth be it on smaller scale or larger scale, it all depends land available and funds, we can do it, lets create wealthy. CMI is continue torturing innocent civic, in Kireka remand and go down at cmi headquarters.. civic are also being detained at Lower mbuya for years without any charges.. the question is how can Lt. Col. Kubayo continue kidnapping Refugees from nakivale and Mbarara to Lower Mbuya and Kireka detention? and people end up staying there for years without any case or being taken to court? go to Kireka remand and u will find innocent people being held there for more than one year without any case or simply torturing them.
