I am Nelson Odinakachukwu. I'm into P.O.P and Wall Screeding. I just watched your Emulsion Paint Production video and I'm so grateful, honestly. I learned the theory aspect of paint production in Lagos before coming back to Enugu and I have been so scared to dare try producing one for fear of possible spoilage which will cost me, but your video has really helped me . Pop paint doesn't need Calgon and Titan Sir. We only use that when we want to produce normal industrial paints. Thanks for the feedback Sir

Is there no mixing equipment for paint production that will make the production easier ?

Yes, there are mixers which include manual hand mixers and automated machines mixers. But those are actually meant for commercial production capacity. This production is basically screeding solution for wall screeding, which shares similar production way with paint production as well. Meanwhile, this video is just to screed the exterior of the bungalow building where we made it and also to teach our viewers. Thanks

POP means plaster of Paris. However this production is called screeding paint production. The material produced is used applied on a wall after plastering, to give it a very smooth surface. It can be either mixed with POP or cement to achieve the smooth texture

Yes, it does at the beginning, once the thickening agent is added, it thickens to the desired level based on the content added. Meanwhile, don't forget this will still be mixed with either cement or POP before application on wall.
