For the last few years, I've given out a quarter and a dime to each goblin that comes to my door. I can't have candy in the house, and I was feeling guilty about giving out stuff that can destroy a kid's health.
One thing to note is that sometimes loose stools for a very long time on Carnivore, can be a sign that you have Toxicity Issues like with Mold, only 25% of people do, so try all the suggestions first, but if you have lots of other Autoimune issues plus loose stools, Nutrition with Judy talks about mold. The good news is that the Rx binder for mold toxicity will slow the loose stools very nicely. If you are the rare 25% and still can't get the loose stools controlled, the Visual Test is cheap and easy $10, then you can get the stool slowing binder. Game changer for me...still need to be carnivore to heal well!
Anita, I am so grateful to you for this video! I never knew lymph massage could resolve constipation!!! ONE self-treatment got the “rocks” out of my body within hours!!! Usually I must resort to a certain expensive stool softener/laxative (with serious potential side effects), which takes 2 painful days before removal of small amounts. For a year I’ve been struggling with Carnivore because of the intense constipation (eating more fat creates it’s own problems, for me). Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this info and link.
I've continued to have the same issue. Passing "fat" was overwhelming almost immediately and has continued. You added a couple of ideas I've not thought about.
yeah anita i went to decaf with butter and little salt its something hot and i dont feel any hyped up problem making me want more coffee and it doesnt interfere with my sleep is biggest benefit.
i love my bidet makes any bathroom issue just non existent and their very affordable they just hook up to yout toilet this is an easy fix for bowel problems, i can say i will never go back to toilet paper !
I've had a bidet (bought from Costco Canada for $80'ish) for 2.5 years now. I hate using toilet paper when I'm not at home. We stayed in a camper for a weeks vacation this summer. I must have said 'I miss my bidet' at least 3 times a day 😅

Sour dough psmf bread: Indigo Nili’s recipe..Artisan bread recipe…she tells you what gives this bread that taste..it’s the Arrowroot powder..the yeast in this recipe eats a bit of that so the macronutrients are absolutely lower..I have tried several different recipes and by far this one is my favorite..now I make it weekly my daughter and I will eat a loaf in one week…otherwise it would take me 2 weeks to eat it all..wonderful flavor! Well worth the recipe steps..❤
I decided to give your remedy for constipation a try. I found one of the flannel pads and cod liver oil on Amizon . I hadn’t gone for about 4-5 days. I put it on before I went to bed and got up and within 2 hours I went. I was pleasantly surprised . Thank you

When it comes to Halloween, at this point I can handle 1-2 Reeses PB Cups and I am happy. I can handle a tiny bit of sugar and won’t trigger anything. We do have a ton of chocolate sitting in the house waiting for 10/31 and we will hand it all out that night. If we don’t, I will give 2-3 pieces to my son and the rest will go to the store where I work and I’ll leave it all in the break room for others to enjoy. Last year no one stopped at our house. We have no sidewalk on our side of the street and sometimes ppl won’t cross the street to our house. Had to give it all away last year.
Melted fat vs solid fat .... I struggle to make sense of that. If you put cold butter in your coffee, it is melted before you drink it. If you put cold butter on meat, it is at least starting to melt before you eat it. If you cook meat with fat, all the fat in the meat is rendered before you eat it. If you eat a piece of butter, it isn't melted before you eat it, but it is melted by the time it gets to your stomach. So I truly can't imagine what difference it makes. I am loving your videos... there are just a few things that just don't make sense to me. There is also the matter of the impact of dietary fat and ketones ... I might save that for a different comment some day. Regardless of whether I agree or not, I get a lot out of your channel. I am about your age as well so it is interesting to hear the different things you are trying
I can't explain it either. All I know is that it happens to me and I have heard the same from others. Sometimes our bodies defy logic whether we agree or not!
@@KetogenicWoman I really wouldn't press this except that you are telling many people in the world what you do. So you are influencing many people. It is possible that in this case what you are doing is not a good idea. I don't think it can be that your body defies logic. To your body, it will make no difference if the butter was melted on the stovetop or in your coffee, or on top of the burger patty. It is melted. Aren't there other conclusions you could consider? By now you are past any kind of transition or adaptation to eating this amount of fat. If it is still causing digestive issues then another set of conclusions to consider is that it is just too much fat and/or you need to accompany the fat with other food.
None of the natural sweeteners are 'bad', it's all about how you react to them. If a certain sweetener spikes your insulin or triggers you to want more then it is bad for you but it could still be ok for another person.
Can you explain what you mean by showing you? A rib eye steak is 70/30 approx. So is a can of sardines. It means 70% of your calories come from fat and 30% calories come from protein. Let me know what would be helpful for you to see because I think I want to address this next week but need to know what would be helpful for people to see. Thanks!

Congratulations fir losing weight steadily. You said that you are eating 60/40. ID love to see a video with several days of eating 60/40. I find that I lose weight at 40 percent protein too but find meal ideas difficult to put together.
I get so frustrated with this Topic, because everything everyone ever suggests that will loosen stools to Fix constipation, never works for Me. I would have been dead years I go without the occasional xlax. I did high-fat carnivore and didn't poop for 27 days.
Sorry to hear that, going 27 days is NOT a good thing. But neither is xlax. The 2 things that worked best for me was the lymphatic drainage video (it's FREE and requires only a a couple minutes). Do that daily for a week and see if it helps. The other thing that works 100% for me is the castor oil pack. Both of these were more effective than changing the amount of fat and I have links to the info for both in the video notes. I hope you give either or both a try.
Personal experience I have taken many colonics, hydrotherapy, washing thru the intestines. during the colonics, the therapist will tell you what she is seeing.. sometimes candida, or other things. I have found pockets of "diarrea" and some people think carnivore pushes you into diarrea. Pls consider that it can also be pockets from old stuff too. Also if you research and intuitively sense that it would be beneficial and have the money to do so, its worth it. Colonics will also clear deep rooted emotions. The elimination system also holds stuff we dont let go of on an energetic, emotional and mental level. Worth the investment, if you resonate with this approach :). There can be counter-indications to colonics depending on the state of your intestines, so check it out first. (not sure if diverticulitis would be a counter-indication)
Also no poop or limited poop in carnivore can mean you are eating what you need and therefore there is minimum debris or recycled material coming out. :)
