I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mrs Brenda am really grateful.

I recently passed my real estate exam. At first I had just studied my prep book but failed the first time. I then bought a program thinking it would help, but the questions were weird, and not at all like the test (2nd time fail). I bought prep agent and only used THIS as my study material. I went back and passed. Thank you Joe!! This is the best thing! The questions are super similar to the test questions, making them easy to answer! Thank you Joe!

What happens is you worked hard to find a buyer under this contract and did not but the owner found another agent that did--does the first agent still get paid?
Hiii i have a question, when do you actually earn the commission? If you have an exclusive right to sell, can you bring the buyer but seller say “nah” does he owe you the commission?
I took the Texas exam and fail it but by a few answers. Hey Joe it was a question regarding the MLS. It was asking what was in a MSL listing? It had beedroom/ bathroom the address Picture of the property Garage.....ALL of these are on the MLS....very confusing. I choose brm/ bathroom....
