It puzzles me why would MA of Reliance want to buy just H/W from NVIDIA instead of asking JH Help to establish JV with a group of Indian Companies Consortium to setup Chip Design and Manufacture in India itself.

I would dare any of the Indian Companies Partnering with NVIDIA to ask for NVIDIA to get help to setup most of the Chip Design and Manufacture in India, not the AI Infrastructure, which we can build it ourself.
