The best conference! My husband loved the sun oven, it was not in our budget, even though I’ve wanted one. He found 2 new ones on Craigslist, on way home! My sister and I each got a used- new sun oven!

I rake up all my leaves and mow them over several times so they are super small pieces then use that to cover my garlic for the winter and it works great every year!! Plus, it breaks down and feeds the soil!

Get more bang for your gut by eating from your plate in the sequence that is, first eat the prebiotics, wait for ten minutes, then eat the probiotics. You will notice the difference in how good you feel immediately.

Hey Doug and Stacy… I watch all your videos… plz give me some advice…I hurt myself in the basement about 3 weeks ago… on my right side on the side and … the back and my right side of my ribs…I am in allot of pain!! I couldn’t laugh and had a hard time breathing!! I have a pillow by my ribs so I can sleep!! What can I do to help myself?it is vetting better… at least now I can laugh and breath without any pain… is there any other thing I can do? Plz let me know…God Bless both of you!!

Cuba has power on and of, that is the way they control the people, my husband is a Dr and has family in Cuba, I send food and things they need every month, through the International market and talk to someone every day through WhatsApp. The situation is terrible, all the buildings are crumbling down, and full of garbage, no one has fixed anything 😢

I quit grains 2 mos ago with zero asthma hence zero drugs..everytime I test I get inflammation with sinus and phlegm...quality of life....the PA did not force me but always offer all the stupid tests..I do not comply...they freaked when I have naturally high chol😅esterol at 168 but she freaked when I told her was eating freerange beef fat!
