I love watching others and their reactions because of the fellow feeling. Where I felt certain emotions, I'm seeing people react. It's pretty awesome! Wish I was at Disney watching with this crowd though!
Makes sense. Finn was arguably the best character (and debatably the only good character) from The Force Awakens. But unfortunately, after The Force Awakens, neither Rian Johnson nor JJ Abrams knew what to do with him. Rey on the other hand, never exhibited any character flaws in The Force Awakens. The Force Awakens wants you to think that Rey has changed from being a selfish individualist to a dedicated member of the resistance, but she never lacked compassion for anyone around her. One of the first characters she interacts with is BB-8, and she decides to help BB-8, which established her as compassionate, disabling her character from moving in the same direction as Finn. There was just nothing to do with her character in The Force Awakens, so she was a bland, mystery box, waiting to opened in the next movie. Then came The Last Jedi. I generally don't like The Last Jedi, but one of the things I will give it credit for is giving Rey so much potential. After being betrayed by Kylo Ren, she would naturally have deep trust issues that she would have to overcome in The Rise of Skywalker. For all the criticism that Rey gets for being a Mary Sue, people forget that she was naive enough to think she could convert Kylo Ren. But alas, anything that The Last Jedi did, even if it was good, had to be undone by The Rise of Skywalker, and so because Kylo Ren did turn good, it validated Rey's mistake from The Last Jedi, thus cementing her as a Mary Sue.
Not at all. The trailer made the movie look dark and serious while the movie made dumb jokes and made Luke Skywalker the most positive Jedi ever into a depressed old fool who has no hope. They broke the star wars lore with the lightspeed suicide moment and lukes force ghost.
Don't be fooled, these fans who are screaming "Show it again!" are the very same who hated TFA, saying it was too much like A New Hope and how Disney ruined Star Wars forever
the prequils - its nott star wars enough , stupid story and jar jar... TFA-- omg they copied new hope... im not surprised they played it safe with all the hate for prequils
i disliked the force awakens, i am excited for this movie, is that a problem? i never said that Disney was ruining star wars..dude you are the same type of person who says that legends was entirely garbage, oh! yoy never said that well, that's how it feels to be generalized
No no, you're all wrong. After Elmo died Saruman gave the Sorcerer's Stone to Elsa right before Queen buttercup killed Thanos with the lightsaber in The Chronicles of Narnia: Revenge of Mary Poppins
Gael Velazquez Rojas nah ROS was directionless, whiplash inducing with the way the scenes keep flipping back and forth, STILL didn’t have any meaningful character development, and literally just carelessly threw small elements of the original trilogy in there for whatever reason. Even the whole premise of it was loosely based on an EU storyline that Disney grabbed out of the trash can that they initially threw the entire EU in to begin with All that in the name of a quick few hundred million bucks. Completely disrespectful to the Star Wars name
@@joshfox4479 amen dude. Was pathetic. Only made to please them whining losers online who hated this for having a new direction. Most just want the same junk again and again.
this was STS-226 shuttle Jedi trailer also Jedi's return to flight i watched it launch and it was perfect they also put Carrie fishers name on the wheel well of the space shuttle
I seen the force awakens trailer before it didn't scare me then, but when i watched the last jedi trailer and realized the trilogy is suddenly ending fast, it does now....
Gone with the wind is probably the most popular film of all time in terms of cinema tickets numbers sold. But Star Wars in term of popularity, TV plays, DVD watches and general popularity, is probably the most popular film ever. ET maybe 2nd place.
Aaron Showalter I know. This will be her final film. I'm sure it'll be a great Swan Song for her. But the sad part (besides her passing) is that she was supposed to be the Main Character in Episode IX :(
you record it for the memories of being there and seeing your favorite band/singer in person. I took multiple pictures and videos at a Maroon 5 concert because I was very close to the whole band. That's why we do it. To say we were there and to have something to look back on. We know what the music sounds like already but being there is completely different.
When the first trailer for the new series dropped everyone was hyped now they sit in silence when rey pops up for the first time i dont know why i just love that
everyone gets super hyped for the Snoak and Kylo stuff. Then when we see it, grand Admiral Thrawn is in it and people would be like "Uh why wasnt he in the trailer OMG!!!"
If The Force Awakens had a lot of problems with story being untold,It makes me sad how underrated The Last Jedi became,a perfect end of Luke Skywalker's path, end of Jedi and the new beginning.
