I’ve been using one for months for Church recording. Connect to an X32 mixer with my wired and wireless mics. For input it the iRig, using a DI box reversed for balanced to unbalanced and isolation. Requires a XLR female to female adapter for each channel. Works great. Power is 5 volts DC, tip positive. It’s a not common plug size, and the iRig needs at least 2Amps to operate and charge. It works well with a non JK power supply, if you can find one.
Little useful tid bit for streaming Dj's using a Pioneer DJM S-9 mixer: If you are using OBS Studio to stream, just use the other USB port that is not not connected to your laptop with DJ software, i.e. Serato, with cable going to another or same computer you are streaming live with. OBS Studio will recognize the S-9 as an audio source for capture. No need for any interface boxes or whatever. I have done it and the sound quality is great as it comes straight from the mixer to the streaming source. The only downside is that if you have another DJ with you using another laptop for handovers, you will have to get a device like an iRig, etc. :-D
I'm surprised to find the number of DJs that aren't aware of this capability of their equipment and instead opt to buying a Zoom recorder for several hundred Euros to record sets. o_O'
Tik toj live audio is slow and delayed and I don't know why. Running on PC from my interface into my PC by USB. Daw is running at 44.1khz but my stream ends up delayed. Please help!
I try to use with Zoom and was impossible, For me I use a note 9, S8 plus, and don,t work. Was horrible it send a signal static. Then I try with the phone of my daughter is A20 samsung it work barely because is hard to get signal . Work FB AND IG but for Zoom don,t work in all and for that reason primordial I order this item. YO trate de usarlo con Zoom App y fue imposible. Trate con varios teléfonos note 9, s8 plus y nada. Cuándo ya me iba a dar por vencido decido tratar con el teléfono de mi hija y trabajo el producto que aquí hablamos, pero con zoom nunca trabajo. Voy a devolver y buscar un roland go mixer. Had mine since April '20 and it's been flay from the start. WHEN it works it is superb. I hate the fact that it does not fire up and work (send signal to my phone) UNTIL you hit live stream on the phone. Only after starting a live stream does this unit then fire up and process audio. That means you start a live stream then plug this into your phone which means fiddling with the phone while live??? Just recently - the unit (even when powered with the additional cost power supply) is playing up and not performing as it should on Facebook live. Sometimes connecting and streaming for a second then dropping out. Last Sunday it would not functional at all - had to do a show off the phone mic and by comparison the sound was crap. Sadly, I don't know if it is covid lowering staff levels but IK Multimedia seem reluctant to respond and help. Their Twitter channel is great, they respond but simply point you at support - who seem to be asleep. The support contact page allows contact through their form - but no ability to attach documents they ask for. I am bordering on buying a Roland mixer Pro but don't really want to.

Had mine now for the last 4 weeks. No matter what I do however, it simply will not work on my android phone. Tried just about everything. Only light I get on the irig stream is a red one that flashes briefly when I connect the supplied USB C cable to my phone and thats it. I have Filmic Pro. Doesn't work. Irig recorder does not work either. Tried various tweeks on my phone and still nothing. If anyone is using this successfully on android, please drop me a line 👍
I’ve had the IRig Stream a week after lockdown so I can run karaoke through IG with great sound. The device works so well. It shuts down when I bring someone in for a live chat. Is there a way to keep the rig on during live chat?
I just got the device to record karaoke. My machine has tape, CD and Aux choices. I play karaoke CDs exclusively. When trying to record to my iPad do I need to use the Aux? Do I need additional software to record straight to iPad?
Not sure if anyone is aware but your Facebook live stream is now 360p,even when you stream from newest IPhone (talking only about mobile live stream) and the sound is MONO!!! I’ve just bought irig stream and did a live dj session to check the audio quality and it’s definitely mono,such a shame!!!!!!
I have a controller and pioneer dm40 speakers. My dm40 speakers connect into my controller/rca. I have 1 more out put XLR. So I bought XLR to rca then type c into.my phone. When I live stream they only hear white noise. Any clue??

Cable it came with for my Android device didn't work to start with, then I used the USB A connected via Macbook Air to iRig Stream and thats when I realised how shite a product this is, fucking joke, shite sound ! Distorted awful quality no matter what the lights indicated low, ok or high, everytime I played back recording on facebook it was terrible !!! Nobody seems to know how to resolve my problem on any RU-vid videos or IK themselves !! Waste of money ! Must have posted about 20 comments throughout RU-vid and nobody can help lol.... mental breakdown lol
hello! I just got my Irig stream and I have having the same issue. I have connected from my Dj Mixer RCA to irig and then into my iPhone, and the LED light is blue and just stays like that. Is like not getting signal. Anyone knows how to fix this?
I have an irig pro duo and it’s weird because lately it works fine with my phone video cam, but it doesn’t with Facebook live. Any ideas why it won’t trigger on? The blue LEDs light up but it doesn’t flash green and yellow like it does with the video camera.

The fact that it says on the box made for iPhone makes me really really mad 😡. The lying I test it with 3 iPhone’s none of them works! My friend came by with his Samsung and it works. iPhone don’t feet the irig enough power!
So how do i use this for TikTok streaming? I have a ddj controller that is usb to laptop and my master audio is from speakers that are connected to the laptop. Would my master output come from the headphone jack on the irig? I’m lost 😸
Should have paid the extra money, I got the IRIG2 for my Galaxy S20 and doesnt work. It works fine with my IPad but hard to place in a good position to catch a good angle for filming.

Does iRig Stream work with alternate user stream... ie online Open Mics on Instragram Live? Mine seems to cut out as soon as I become the chosen performer.
I have no audio going into my Irig Stream. It powers up, but no signal goes into it via my RCA inputs. I've tried different cables and all types of variations. What a waste of money.
This is an audio capture device not an external audio output jack. I think a 1/4" plug to rca cable from your computer/tablet is what you are looking for.
@Juan Sanchez I run it through the booth output. Turn up the volume on the irig and for the booth output set it to the 9 o'clock position. But now serato dj has an update that allows the sound directly and I use OBS with yellowduck.
@@baz64ster there has to be a way to get stereo output. I've noticed I hear people playing the same exact things I play and it plays in stereo, whereas with my playback, it doesn't play in stereo and I'm just using the iRig2. If paying for the iRig Stream isn't going to give me true stereo sound, without cutouts that would go "ear to ear" full stereo then what's the point??

I need a simple bluetooth transceiver to bluetooth full-duplex connect to my android phone so that I can make phone calls through my audio interface without physically connecting my phone to the interface, but by using the bluetooth device that I describe. So the bluetooth interface must have analog in and outs, the analog in will be sent back to the smartphone as "mic in" and the analog out will be the sound being passed from my phone to the bluetooth device back to my audio interface. I read that it must work in TDD mode, but not sure about that. Most of the whiz-bang bluetooth devices have send/receive switches, but for the sake of phone call I need it to work like an BT earbud that one uses commonly, but with ports for the phone mic and sound. BlueDriver M3 does it, but not crazy about the product. Does anyone know how to do this easily and inexpensively?

I’ve just bought this irig stream ... using it with my iPhone 12 to do a Facebook livestream ... however after trialling on a 30min live feed I noticed a 3second audio dropout! Happened once! Any reasons why would that be and what can I do to make sure that does not happen again ??? Thanks in advance
i dont know about this one. RZA used this iRig thing vs his IG LIVE battle vs DJ Premier... he had a lot of issues and audio wasn't as clear as DJ Premier's feed

Has anyone used the iRig stream to do an IG live with split screen? It works fine when I am streaming on IG alone but when I add someone in, the audio changes to the default phone audio. Anyone have any fixes?

I don’t know why when I first started using my irig stream it worked fine when I streamed live djing on Facebook I would get a green light signal but now I won’t give me a good signal so it sounds like me streami is coming from my phone mic can someone help me out. Oh now when I open up RU-vid and plug the irig stream to my phone I get a Greenlight signal this is real strange someone help please!!
Certain apps auto detect if there is an external mic plugged in...If you want to use your irig stream with Facebook Live start the live session first then plug in the Irig stream once you get the green light you should be good to go.
I need help. I have the iRigStream and it works while I livestream, but as soon as I invite another person on the live stream it does not work. It disregards my I/Os. Any advice?!?!?!

Hi There, i have a IRIG Stream, Using with a XDJ RX2, it's all ok, the general record/stream sound is good, but it has some annoying clicking kind of noise behind (on phone and PC). Been trying to solve it regulanting the levels (gain and so on) but still there. Anyone have an idea how to solve this? thanks.

I got the iRig stream and I need to create Instagram Reels in Stereo via the Instagram app on an iPhone but after trying many times with different cords etc. I am only getting a mono signal recorded to the reel with the iRig Stream. The same this happens when doing a remix on instagram in the app, recorded in mono. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

So just received my iRig Stream, trying to play a live DJ set on facebook live but having no luck, this is my set up :- Traktor S4 DJ controller Macbook Air iRig Stream Technics Stereo Huawei p30 lite As soon as I go live I get this message from facebook - Can't continue live video - something went wrong and your live broadcast failed please try again So I check everything and notice when I connect cable from iRig Stream to my Huawei p30 lite a message shows up which states - (symbol of headphones) Android System - Non-certified Type-C digital headphones We reccommend using Huawei certified Type-C digital headphones for a better experience I tried using the USB cable direct from my Mac to iRig Stream but I notice it only shows blue low power light (not flashing over the 3 lights, just solid blue) and cant see any signal coming from the audio being played? Can somebody please tell me what is going on and that I didn't pay 100 euro for nothing? I was advised this iRig Stream was the answer for live streaming, what am I missing? Thanks in advance :)
@ADE Hibbert it just started working by itself when I tried one day, but after about 15 mins the tempo/audio of my set goes off and the only way I could tell was by a friend who contacted me to say it sounded funny
Hey man, I've heard some DJs complaining about the sound quality on these going distorted after sometime going online. I recommend buying the behringer ucas uca 202. It's way cheaper and the sound is really crisp. Easy set up too. This device is a multi purposes but works great with streaming. I use it for my dvs set up and I've never had problems. Very underrated and does the job.
Another soloution is using obs software which is free. For. Broadcasting and download a free VB CABLES. Which will directly connect your audio using a virtual aux wire. It's a more tricky setup but there are RU-vid videos on how to set up. Hope this helps my man. Keep me. Updated.

I have the iRig Stream Pro. I'm using it with a Sansumg S7 phone. It doesn't have USB C so I bought an adapter cable for it. I wanted to use it mostly for multi tracking in my Bandlab recording app. Works fine for the first recorded track but when I put down the second track it is horribly out of sync Have tried latency test but doesn't seem to work. Love the sound of the device but I got this issue. Any thoughts? Thank you.
What is the link for the adapter you used to charge your ipad while hooked into the irig and how did you do it? In the video you said that you hooked up apples usbc digital multiport av adapter using irigs usb A cable, but unless you got the lightning version Im confused on how you hooked up that adapter to your ipad. I've been trying to solve this issue so that I can stream from my phone while charging my device. I have found that a standard DC cable doesn't work and neither does a lightning usbc splitter. I bought the evermix4 and I'm having trouble with it working with my phone. So I might try the irig stream, what I liked about evermix4 is that it has a app to save and edit DJ mixes, does the irig stream have a app where I can safe mixes and edit them?

Just out of curiosity, which streaming software are you using? i used "OBS" both times i streamed it randomly stops, can anyone refer me to a video that breaks it down for PC or if you mojaxx can help, i would greatly appreciate it. Fyi i have a high end pc so no need to wonder if my pc can keep up because it can lag free. Im just wondering why obs stop sporadically.
