Have you considered that he might not be God in the first place? After all, Jesus was not All-Powerful (Luke 8:46), he was not All-Knowing (Mark 13:32), and he wasn’t Omnipresent (John 16:7). Jesus was also allegedly tempted by Satan in the wilderness, whereas God CANNOT be tempted (James 1:13). Jesus also supposedly expired - yet God ALONE is immortal (1 Timothy 6:16). He is the Ever-Living One, who does not pass away. Let’s also not forget that Jesus prayed to God in Matthew 26:39 (He clearly wasn’t praying to himself) - and he explicitly claimed to be utterly powerless without God’s help & instruction (John 5:30). This is why he said that the Father is GREATER than he was (John 14:28) and greater than ALL (John 10:29). It’s also why Jesus praised the Father as LORD of heaven & earth (Matthew 11:25), and even called him: ‘…the ONLY true God’ (John 17:3). Assuming that all of these words are even reliable to begin with (since this is your scripture, not ours) -the evidence is simply overwhelming that Jesus was NOT God, but was only a messenger SENT by God (as John 17:3 states), and a Prophet just like the crowds around him concluded (Matthew 21:11, Luke 24:19, John 9:17, etc.). So instead of following Paul and other authors who never even knew Jesus, I humbly urge you to go back to what the historical evidence of Christ himself shows us: namely that he was no more than God’s messenger, His prophet, and the Messiah sent by God, who was empowered by the Holy Spirit, and born to the Virgin Mary (peace & blessings be upon both of them). Yet neither of them-not Jesus or his mother-are worthy of worship, but only created servants of God Almighty, who themselves served God with fervor and devotion. The Muslims kept the hand of Allah, the black stone, the idol of Manat, the goddess of fate. This is what you bow and worship 5x daily. Jews and Christians do not worship the hand of Allah, the goddess Manat. You are literally an idolater.
