LIVE: The 2023 Philly Holiday Parade is underway in Center City 

This is the way the Macys Thanksgiving Day parade should have been. Seeing all the performers and the floats, with the commentators talking about each one, rather than just promoting broadway musicals/shows like the Macys parade in NYC did this year. Great job Philly!
