It’s the national leaders responsibility to inform the WHO of what are perceived as public’s health threats both nationally and internationally. WHO should be the one who coordinates international response which never happened in a timely fashion. It is just right to defund WHO and hold China accountable....by covering up and delaying the news about the virus.
