I see two exceptional people on the stage -- decent people, sane people, well-informed, patriotic people who are serving our country. It doesn't matter that I disagree with both of them on many things. They deserve my respect. I am an environmentally minded person, I wish President Trump would say something like Drill Baby Drill, but also reduce oil demand and plastic pollution by getting more things made from Hemp to help the farmers and to help the wildlife that are being killed by plastic pollution. Stopping the wars and ending mass migration also benefits the environment in many ways.
So, let’s not talk specifically about any one politician. Let’s talk about the truth about it in a general objective perspective. Simply ask yourself, who has the power, influence, money and personnel to bombard, coerce, lobby, donate massive sums of money to and even be able to pressure, any specific politician or office in our government? Obviously the wealthiest in our country and even abroad. This would include, and likely be atop the list, businesses like Raytheon, Boeing, Lockhead, Northrop Grumman, Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and many others. These all have the ability to sway elections and influence those running for office. I think we can all agree that this is true, regardless of which side you stand on. If his is inherently true, of course with their being those who would not bow down, unwilling to be bought, think logically and ask yourself, what would they do to those few? Those few who are unwilling to submit, that are willing to speak truth to power, to challenge the corruption and Elitist, Establishment power structure? The people who will fight to represent the will of their constituents? The fighters who will tell you what they think, feel and believe? Especially the ones who want to tear the machine down? The Elites who run this system are not our politicians, it is those who have the money to get them elected, keep them in office, while also giving them promises of money, fame and power. This is not to forget how many of them will get cushy speaking fees, book guarantees, lobbying jobs, jobs as an executive in some major company, of course after they leave office. This is the same for sadly, both sides of the aisle. I don’t care if you're a Republican or a Democrat, or anything in between, I care about the fact that we have a “Professional Political Class” that say what we want to hear, tell us how bad the “other side” is, convince us of what they choose to believe and every single time, it is a lie. Left or Right, they are both wrong, representing themselves, and neglecting the job they are supposed to be doing, for profit and power. Period. Full Stop.
