She didn’t move into Janelle’s with excuse that they weren’t married yet but she wanted the same hours the others got🥴 plus I felt Kody wanting to build one big house was a TLC moment. He and Robyn didn’t want one house. They couldn’t get away with the time sharing in one house. He complained they couldn’t show their love openly now. It would be worse in one home. That all was BS! Make it make sense.

Robyn put a note on her fridge when the other kids came over that they had to ask her or the nanny before they took from the fridge. And Gwendolyn poured some cereal and Robyn said she took to much. I remember those episodes well.

I agree Jen. Robyn is a pro at her lying and explaining it away. She turns the table and becomes the victim. I saw her true self when on the panel with the ex polygamists. She was so stern and lashed back with”don’t put words in my mouth, sweetie!” I went; oooh baby! And then Kody says, “hat in hand”. I about fell off my chair laughing! Her ex’s family predicted she’d do this.

I believe Robyn learned to play the victim from her mother. There have been several times Robyn commented that her mom calls her the Brown Family Scapegoat”. She encourages Robyn’s behavior

Season 12 episode 8: Maddie, in her confessional, says that according to Christine, Kody has only changed 5 diapers! This comes to light when they play a game at her baby shower and Kody has to put a diaper on a doll. He says he "hates dirty diapers" and clean diapers he's ok with. Crazy. How could the OG3 ever say that he used to be such a great Dad? He never was. 18 kids with a man that didn't believe in taking care of his children's most basic needs.

I can’t just upvote James without thanking you for the content you share and ideas you discuss, Jenny. Another amazing show I missed live, but learned a lot from. Seriously happy that the two of you have teamed up to give us the info we often forget or passed over without thinking a second time how messed up Sister Wives was and is with Robyn at the helm. Christine should have sent her girls over to Cody and Robin's house with a brown bag lunch! They didn't have enough chicken for Truely's birthday???!!! Realy???!!! That would never happen with any of Robin's children! They would have the be 1:04:55 st spread of filet mignon for them and plenty left over! That made me so mad how they mistreat those other kids!

I know this sounds petty on my part but I would love for some much younger and very attractive woman come along that would make Kody just cut flips and not be able to get out her out of his mind and bring her in and tell Robyn he wants to make the new wife so happy and just swoon over her and the new woman be demanding and Kody want to give her everything she wants and then see how Robyn would be accepting of that! Even tell her she has to get a job and sell their precious art, etc so that he can dote on the new wife more and how he needs to spend a lot of time with her as well as buy her a home or maybe better yet move her in! That would be priceless! See how Robyn feels being treated like the OGs were treated. Since she so desperately wanted to live a polygamous lifestyle just bring in a new, younger woman and see how bad she wants a sister wife. And also wish the new wife to be sneaky and as shady as Robyn! Robyn would lose her mind!

In my suspicious mind, I think the scene in the park, behind a wall? and Meri is scolding, loudly is the straw that broke the camel's back. Again, just me, but the real rub is the embarrassment suffered by the children. The loud public scoulding was problem a problem but the embarrassment to the kids was the final straw.

Maddie, Paedon, and Mykelti may have questioned the discipline in the household, so saw more punishment. Some kids are easier to parent than others.

Yes Mykelti is moving closer to Maddie and her kids. I think their girls are best friends. Mykelti apparently never wanted to see the show and so she never saw the interacting within the family. Just recently she started watching the show and she noticed Kody´s favoritisme towards Robyn and her kids... So she now is getting a whole different kind of view on Kody and Robyn.. This changed her opinion about them.

I don't think Kotex is capable of love. He champions anyone who agrees with him, but true love, no can do. I have often wondered when he says he didn't love the OG3, does he mean that he didn't experience "true" love until Robyn. If so, that speaks volumes.

Im not excusing Kody in any way but you know how Michael Jackson was child like? His father was very hard on him, and he remained childlike. So was Winn so hard on Kody that he never grew up? Just throwing that out there.

I think by what I have seen or heard that kodys innovation of this religious polygamy marriage and lifestyle was that it all evolved around him ! He was the leader , to become a god and invite his wives n children on his planet he was god over and through him on his planet through marriage with him would they have this paradise celestial kingdom . They were lucky to have him , they were privileged he choose them or decided to marry them. I do not believe that he didn't love them , I belive he loved meri and janelle or feelings enough to turn into love and liked quality's of Christine's witch along with her staus she came with it was enough for him to be on board . Later with Christine's personality, the work , ease , structure all she brought over the years to the marrige and life that he did fall in love with her in many ways . I think that the woman did run the show quietly behind the scenes of the kody house and kody liked it because it was easy for him , it wasn't against his tide and he got the credit and most was in advantage of him . To please his needs . When robin entered, when they split to separate homes and the family became different house holds it fell apart . Now he really had to be a leader or they were while being upfront of it , not always with his tide or for his needs advantage and his wifes are complaining abput his time , favoritism. Janelle probably didn't have as much trouble in her marriage until covid because she worked all the time. Is quite , a ppl pleaser , they were enjoying each other, she was happy . She also new how to get around kodys ego to get a point across while being sweet. Janelle didn't go against his tide until covid . So kody has always been kody
