Narcissists don't feel love - everyone is an object and supply. Robyn feeds his emptiness in a way no one else does. Christine was "royalty" so she served another purpose. So I believe Kody that he didn't love any of the wives bc he's not capable of it
@@SeniorPerspective-123 I really want to listen to those, but I'm starting to worry about the time I'm investing in all things sister wives. If anyone close to me was aware, I think they'd h stage an intervention🤣
Mormons don’t baptize till 8 because baptism is for a remission of sins and children under 8 don’t really know right from wrong enough to be responsible for it- by 8 children should clearly know they are doing wrong. Basically they are just not old enough to understand
Yeah, you know I mean what’s wrong with these women have a good marriage with Cody. You need to stay quit complaining quit expecting him to show up at your door ever unless he needs money but you should be giving that to him automatically he shouldn’t have to come over and asked for it you should just be there. You should just exist in his world and give him your checks. That’s what a good marriage would be to Cody. Imo
You're not taking into account that polygamy is legal in lots of other countries and always has been. You're drawing your conclusions based on American culture.
There was an episode, I don’t remember what season or episode, where Robyn is talking about Solomon, and she says something to the effect of when Solomon meets and marries the loves of his life. So in other words, Robyn expected that Solomon was going to live polygamy. I wouldn’t be surprised if the kids were baptized but nobody in the family, including her precious Mykelti, were kept in the dark. Just like she wanted only her children present when she and Kody got legally married.
I’m not a polygamist but we would much rather our kids go to public school than to a church. Too many churches, in this era, spread political propaganda designed to undermine the right of American citizens.
Cody is nothing but delusional in my opinion Why does Cody’s face looks so swollen in that clip? How did recently had a facelift? Robin Did not divorced her ex-husband. He divorced her after she spent like $32,000 of their money that he was going to buy them a house with and then he borrowed the money to make up for it from his family and she spent that money and he had his own business, and from what I understand she caused that to go bankrupt. The man couldn’t stay with her anymore. She was killing him. He ended up with nothing because she spent everything they had. Plus some good pal that money back to his family that she blew after she blew their money he divorced her.
It’s like Robbins a scam artist I don’t think she had a scam Cody because I think he was so not in love. I think the minute he saw her he was in so much lost and so much thinking how that was gonna make him look so you know, manly thing he strives for constantly that he didn’t care he didn’t care what she was after he didn’t care what came out of her mouth. He didn’t care how she treated anybody he didn’t care he just wanted her. He had to have her at all cost, and she just lied to Olive and lied and lied and lied and lied and lied and denied and created this different person, Who totally isn’t her? I made her ex-husband had to leave her because she destroyed him financially for his own survival. He had to leave her. Imo
Kody lies....the women believed what he says....if he says we have to move for what ever he says they would believe him...just like when Christene and kody were talking about custody of Truly he said if they don't agree the state takes her....stupid...they believe everything he says...the contact with tlc...guarantee he read it and the wives did not....
A few things that might have happened: The family might have been kicked out of the AUB shortly after Truly was baptized. Robyn is so hateful she might have refused to have any of the family at her kids baptisms, so Mykelti just assumed they weren't baptized because she wasn't invited. Or Robyn is just a total liar who doesn't care about any of the religion. But her daughters have all the ultra-conservative creepy stuff on their Pintrists, so I assume Robyn is even more of a hard-line fundamentalist than she appears on the show.
6:08: Oh, once again. "It's like no big DILL...." 🤣🤣🤣 Robbing's favorite expressions: Big dill, fill, big pitcher! I don't know if my ears hurt or if I want laugh when I hear them!
Robbing saw herself as the spokesperson of the wives. You know, the young, skinny one. Like in a company video. You have to have a presentable, attractive person represent the "company". Usually ones that have little knowledge, but appear knowledgable to outsiders who have no idea how little they actually know.
Prior to Robbing talking about faith, she told Maddie "You choose your church when you're an adult". Would Robbing have put up with another of the wives telling her children what to do or not to do?? Certainly not. I wonder if Janelle had told Robbing to shut up if the cameras hadn't been there?
Ex-Mormon here. In the Mormon faith any man who is part of the “Priesthood” is able to baptise children and adults. The Priesthood is the power and authority delegated to man by God. As such, kody would be a part of the priesthood and able to baptise his own children. I was baptised by my grandfather (because my father had died). Mormons can make an occasion out of baptisms, but they can also be private. Considering Solomon’s turned 8 right as covid was hitting, I wouldn’t be surprised if Solomon was baptised at home by kody.
Nothing that Robin does surprises or shocks me and I do mean nothing up to this point we all know she’s a liar. We all know she basically never was a plug-in for she never was a polygamist. I don’t believe she’s into her religion. I think that all started after she met the Browns I think Orr family may have been at one time in the religion but I don’t think Rob anywhere once I think she’s just the biggest Tony baloney ever and it’s all put on for the Show. Imo
Honestly she was probably right about the idea of a Christian youth group being more of a challenge to their faith than puvl8c school. School is just school.. go .. learn subjects ...not much intensity in it. They know well Christian groups can be weird and always looking to convert because.. they are!
Never seen the mix of stone cold red lasers coming out of the eyes until Janelle in this clip. 10 bucks just SADKRAB were the only Browns at King Sol and that kr8zy other one's baptisms.
I really think Robyn's kids being in public school was a part of her divorce settlement & assistance for Dayton. I think Christine was overwhelmed by homeschooling all 18 OG kids, and they were already in a AUB school (*allegedly*).
Tbh not one baby in the bible was baptized, only adults, including Jesus. Peoole shouldn't be baptized into a denomination. Baptism is about being born again and giving yourself to the Lord, not your church. Baby's can't make that choice or commitment. So the lies your religious denominations are telling about babies/children not getting into heaven unless baptized are not true and actually goes against The Word of God, who says children under a certain age are not held accountable. Idk who's Father/God does not accept his children, but mine does, and definitely does not cast thrm to hell or purgatory. He takes them into his loving arms
Robyn is, as we always said in an old SW snark forum, STEALTH! (Also, because I just have to be THAT PERSON: The phrase is "The proof of the pudding is in the tasting." The common habit now of "The proof is in the pudding" just doesn't make sense! 😄 Want to hear it yourself? Paul Hollywood, Great British Baking Show, S11E3 at 22:21. Keep up the great sleuthing! ❤
LOL. Well, that makes sense! My mother had a million figures of speech and I learned them situationally but never really thought about most of them. haha. I feel silly now.
@@SeniorPerspective-123 Oh, don't feel silly, my friend! I almost always hear it said the other way, right? Someday no one will remember the original way-- it'll be an obscure reference people look up on Google when there's no crusty old English major like me hanging about! 😂😂😂
My grandmother was born in 1920. Her parents were Roman Catholics. Her father took her to theirchurch on the first Sunday after she was born to be baptized.
Babies had a higher mortality rate and that is why babies were traditionally baptised very early. Catholics used to believe a baby would go to limbo if they died before being baptised.
I was raised old school Catholic and my family were pretty recent immigrants. My Grandma was the oldest of 9 so of course her name was Mary. When the 10th and youngest was born a girl they knew pretty quickly she wasn't going to live. So they baptisted her as- MARY. So my Grandma had to go to a funeral for her baby sister that had the exact same name she did all so the baby could avoid pergatory or limbo- pretty sure limbo but I forget which since both were a thing
Nothing about Robyn surprises me. She so desperately wants to be the center of attention and has something to say about EVERYTHING! I feel so sorry for her kids
