Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel argued with Judge Ural Glanville about addressing him inappropriately on several occasions in front of the jury. The argument comes after Glanville stated that he believes Steel was "unprepared." Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang.

I’m not sure if anyone else notices that the judge already knows about all of the exparte meetings. Just like how she inquired about other exparte meetings just to see if anyone would lie. In the beginning of Tuesday, she asked about any other meeting, then popped up with a whole transcript at the end of the day. She already knows information, just getting the confirmation just watching it play out.

@itspesalm I'm sure almost all of us agree with you there. But judges are extremely cautious about doing anything that may get overturned, it goes on their perm record. Also anything that hasn't already been done by other judges. It will be scrutinized by thousands of judges, lawyers, even professor's & students. Thats why they site prior cases for everything. Getting one to go against those decisions is nearly impossible.

She appears to be biased in the ruling she has made so far. However it is moot if she grants the misstrial with prejudice. Then it only serves to protect the states credibility for the future. That may be her tack, otherwise she is just helping her boss win.

Most definitely goaded by state from Loves statement in the transcript regarding Melnicks email conversation. State right there knew when they saw them on the email and also who’s to say they didnt have a conversation with Kayla before Copeland was there. Moving forward is impossible just dismiss the case you're not a miracle worker judge the jury is gonna be like: Your honor we lowkey got kinda lost halfway through and then we tried to catch up, but then it got too complicated to follow and then we all sort of tuned out. In conclusion- the verdict is, we don’t really know what happened and therefore have no opinion.

I also think Woody fired her at some point of the meeting, revoking his right for counsel, so Kayla stayed for the day anyways. From that point it seems like she continued to say she wasnt his lawyer on top of representing him for the day. That’s when court started and Woody was asked in court whether she was fired or not. This judge is much better for the defense & in the trial in general. Glanville had a clear bias towards Love/prosecutuon. This judge called Love on her bs multiple times & even reminded her not to misrepresent/ lie to the court & to be professional. She’s going to make this trial go much smoother and faster imo. Glanville never started on time & took too many breaks. I feel so bad for this jury.

I didn’t even start watching until approx day 87 n I heard Mr Steel speak at least 2x about Love not getting his “work product” and the judge ruling for defense. But she tried again today. 😂 And got smacked down by the judge.
