Excellent video. Reminded me of my time there. Madeira is still a very popular bucket and spade destination for all Europeans now.

I’ve never been to Madeira! Wouldn’t want to stay there but would enjoy a port stop, see and go.

Really enjoy shopping laid out like this. Just wander from stall to stall. Talk to vendors. Get information. Doesn’t get much better.

Sheila, I can't imagine the air miles you you must have. Not sure what they call it at United Airlines but the highest level at American Airlines is called Concierge Level and you have to be invited; not everyone gets it. I'm thinking you must be at that level with United!

The top level is Global on United and like American, you either must be invited, or hit 3 million miles. I have 2.5 million (took a lot of years and loyalty to United through some rough times) and doubt I’ll ever make Global.
