nobody eats it straight out of the can, it's ok on crackers but best on a good crusty bread, preferably rye. personally this is my favorite liver spread product, i like this much more than any of the refrigerated liver products.

I have had proper foie gras before and really enjoyed however eating things probably out of the can on this show isn’t our style. At least one of enjoyed it!

It's sad that people bought in to the lie that fat is unhealthy. But I've learned that it is indeed true: It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they've been fooled.

I think for the most part people understand that there are good fats and bad fats.

@@mikesinthecan Yet they consider the good fats to be the inflammatory seed oils. The idea that saturated animal fat is unhealthy was spearheaded by a fraudulent Ancel Keys. He had to omit 70% of his data to portray a correlation between saturated fat and heart disease. He gathered data for 22 countries but only published the data from 7 cherry picked countries. Chronic disease has risen exactly with our increase in inflammatory seed oils.

In todays day and age there always seems to be research paid for by the people for something and then research paid for by the people against something. Where is the truth?

@@mikesinthecan Think about it. 120 years ago, all this obesity and chronic disease epidemics were virtually non-existent. What has changed? 1. Consumption of naturally-fed animal meats has plummeted. 2. Our diet has risen from about 50% plant-based to over 70% plant-based (source: USDA). 3. Seed oils are now in everything. And now, obesity and chronic disease has never been so prevalent.
