LIVERPOOL'S 2023/24 NIKE HOME SHIRT- HANDS ON REVIEW 

1. 23/24 - my God it is a stunner! So clean! 2. 20/21 - I really loved the collar and the green addition - the red is also my favourite shade of red in a long time (much like with the new) 3. 22/23 - My first Match Shirt, and I can even wear it playing in awful, awful heat and humidity in Vietnam - only dislike is the size of the sleeves (I guess I should hit the gym more...) 4. 21/22 - Grew on me, but I don't see it becoming a classic; one of the few shirts I've skipped buying. It is slightly too 'Eurodance' for me in a weird way... :D Thanks for excellent content as always! Up the Reds (top 4 is coming)!

Yeah I think the new kit is my fav of the Nike kits. Feels like Vintage Liverpool where they were top of the world or at least winning trophies every year.

Liverpool fc indirectly getting more people into the gym. Can't complain at that 👌

It feels like i only bought the green third kit 5 minutes ago and it was barley worn by the team. Now it's out of date. Jerseys should last 2 seasons

The Nike kits are all well and good but nothing will ever top the 08/09 Adidas kit 😍

22-23, 21-22, 23-24, 20-21. This seasons kit for me is one of my favourites

It's the best kit Nike have done for us, but they've set a very low bar in all honesty. They're yet to do a great kit for us.

I always wonder why Pajak doesn't model in these new kits, while Paul explains it.

I still miss the NB kits, tbh...and I'm generally a huge fan of Nike sportswear

You never go wrong with the classic design.

As someone who is...(ahem) just old enough to remember us winning the 1974 FA cup final against Newcastle in this, I'm hoping it's as lucky for the modern team as it was for the heroes of the 70's. Brilliant shirt. Never mess with the Liverbird, it angers the footy gods.

Hopefully a brighter shade of red means a brighter 23/24 season. Lets be real if we won the league Paul would love last seasons kit. As I was told by someone success dictates how much you love a kit. The 21/22 kit wasn't that nice with the random orange trim but because we nearly did the quad wearing it we look back on it as a decent kit.

When I was a kid, thin as a rake, we had those great kits from the early 90's, massive baggy shirts that you could use as sails on a windy day. Now I'm a fat old git, the shirts are designed for people with the physique of Mo Salah 🤣

I prefer the darker red than a lighter one but we'll see, i know nike doesn't do long sleeves but id love to have a long sleeve version

Far and away the best kit we've had under nike, and i generally like the ones we've had so far to be fair.

The price has become laughable now. How many shirts get binned after a year or left to sit for years in wardrobes? And these are the same people who lecture us about the environment? Since they started making new kits every season 10 years ago, the TV revenue has tripled. They don't need that extra kit revenue anymore. It's greed pure and simple and I hope the Premier League/FA step in.

I think last season was our best under Nike. I would like a kit with more reference to the city's history and the clubs history. I've seen so many good fan concepts that look so good. Also think Adidas always kills it with their kits and Puma did well this year but Nike doesn't seem to put much effort in.

It's a decent shirt, although personally I've preferred the darker red we've had over recent years.

In terms of home kits: 1. 23/24: just looks boss 2. 21/22: always loved it but maybe i overrate it cos of how good we were 3. 22/23: always liked it but it’s just red 4. 20/21: always thought it looked poor but the shite season really brings it down more

Got mine almost 2 months ago(shopee 49MYR =£9) By far the nicest Nike kit so far.

Whenever I saw it drop I immediately thought. I need to go to the gym, ti get this comfortable. It's a good motivator.

I really didn't like the 22/23 shirt - home away or third - I have the 21/22 match home version and love the fit, it's hugs the upper arms making it look athletic and pops the chest as you mentioned, I also have the Away 21/22 Stadium and that fit is really nice too. I got the 22/23 home match and it was just too loose for my liking, even though it was a medium like my other two, it looked like I was wearing a large and looked daft. I do like the new one though but I'll have to do a wear test between Small and Medium and see how loose it fits. Good review 👍🏻

It reminds me of the first kit I was ever able to buy in '97.

Ehh it looks the same as the other kits but with a different collar lol I’ll still be getting it because I buy every home shirt but Jesus man it wouldn’t hurt Nike to do something a bit more creative.

20/21 title defence shirt best shirt so far followed by the new on 23/24 then last season's 22/23 and lastly 21/22. 1. 20/21 enjoyed the green incorporation. 2. 23/24 prefer this to the other 3. 3. 22/23 okay but abit bland. 4 21/22 didn't like this one at all. New Balance had some rocking kits, miss those.

I think the L looks much better on you than the XL.

You just know 2025 we are getting a collared shirt, last one was 2018 New Balance one

We really need to have new kits every 2 seasons...we buy one shirt per season and wear it a couple of times in the year before anew one comes.any wonder we have to revert to old remastered versions because how many ideas can one have for a kit...

I've don't have knowledge of price as have not shopped for it, but apparently, it's expensive, though the shade of this one I much prefer. Lot Liverpool like. I do like this new one. Nice and simple and no sillyness design; just cool and ready to wear 🙂

I personally liked the first Nike kit but did not like the second one with the orange Thunderbolts but liked the 3rd and like this one to ordering tomorrow from church of Anfield

Best nike kit so far by miles for me. Really unsure on sizes at this point though. I got this seasons kit in medium (stadium version). I want too get the match version this year as I love the top but not sure what size to get. Last seasons stadium large was like a dress lol and the medium I have feels slightly too tight. Any advice?

I've got a question on sizes: i always bought a Medium Matchday version , but since i bulked up in the last couple of years the shirts became a bit too tight for me, to the point where in this year's kit made me look like Sheamus wearing it. This year i'd like to go for a more balanced fit but i'm afraid that an L could be way too baggy, and since this kit is class i would hate to wear it like a tent. What should I do?

21/22- love it cause of the stripes but sizing was way off 23/24- Classic colorway , I 22/23- Clean and the sizing is much better, I can fit in a L even if I am an XL 20/21- nope just nope

the Nike kit template is just lazy. I much prefer the later New Balance kits. I have a 16/17 replica and it's so light and great for hot humid weather. i hand wash and hang dry and it's still mint

I just wish Nike would drop the green. I know you remember the colour fondly, but we havent won anything whilst wearing green. I prefer silver... Did I give my age away? Haha. I would definitely pay extra for kit shirts without sponsors. but £300 a season for the shirts? no thanks. Of the four - 23/24 favourite. Agree with you that we need to stop copying old designs. I really dislike most of the Nike templates.
