After buying myself some HIMI gouache paints, I thought it would be such fun to paint in a coloring book with them. So, my hubby picked a page in Romantic Country the First Tale for me to paint. I love his choice of picture because the bulk of it can be done with paints.
I had such fun painting with you all, chatting, making up stories, and coloring. Thank you for your time, support, and interaction which always helps me keep going and bring you the best of my coloring and myself.
For this tutorial I used HIMI Gouache paints:
Olive Green
Black
Yellow Green
White
Ultramarine
Cobalt Blue
For the pencil work I used Prismacolors
PC1099 Espresso
PC1094 Sandbar Brown
PC945 Sienna Brown
PC943 Burnt Ochre
PC1056 70% Warm Grey
PC916 Canary Yellow
PC1065 70% Cool Grey
PC938 White
Prismacolor Colorless Blender
