Your Dad is an utter darling. My Mother used occasionally let me stay home from School on a Friday and we’d take the tram into the City where she’d pay her bills. After that we’d have ice cream and chocolate topping. This was in Melbourne Australia in the 1950’s. 🇦🇺
I love Saskatoon been there many times. Half of my family lives in the area, Wilkie, Bigger, Unity. Macklin, Moose Jaw, Assinaboine, Davidson. Prince Albert. Thank you for the much enjoyed tour. My grand parents setteled from Scotland in 1904 in Unity with a very hard life. wish I could move back.
As always another live stream with a wealth of information and good times. Special thanks to your Dad for sharing with us and walking with you. The city surprised us a lot, never thought it was that large, but still a wonderful place to explore. Even though it was very late for us, we never closed our eyes to see and hear you, your efforts were well said and we both enjoyed the time with you very much. Our internet here works the best late at night and we both spend a lot of hours on it during the night, so it was a special treat to enjoy drinks during your show. Stay safe, Alina..always!! Looking forward to more to come from you, can't wait for your smiles and great adventures you always share. Cheers!! ❤👍😎
I hope you are having a great time being back home!! I have lived in Australia now for the past 18 years, and if I was to go for coffee, I couldn't go past Timmy's! Nothing like a Timmy's and a muffin or Tim Bits!! Stay safe in your travels. And to your dad, I'm glad to see he still loves farming. There is no better life!
Saskatchewan is so green this year . Just finished a road trip from Oregon to a small town near Melfort ..Your Dad reminds me of some of the men I met up there . The countryside near Melfort is like something out of a fairytale so perfect .
So Happy to see Papa Mcleod looking so good. Thank you for a lovely time, Alina. Looking forward to more videos from Saskatoon. Sending you lots of love to you both 💖💖💖 Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Hello Alina .........many thanks for the tour.......I always enjoy your work in Saskatchewan. I was born in Saskatoon in 1942. It will always be my home.. I live in Burbank, Calif. now, I mostly miss it except in Winter. Many thanks,

Well, despite having to pop in and out this was a great live stream. You walked past the Cineplex VIP theatre with your dad. I was there and ate a late meal and watched Top Gun Maverick there on it's opening night, as I drove back to Alberta. You've done a great job of wetting my appetite for your future content. Hope you stop by Fort Walsh as it's one of the most important North West Mounted Police posts, and is a National Historical site. Reenactors etc and you'll be close. Unique Canadian content. Laine might as well have been with you again, as she was a constant presence keeping you on the straight and narrow.
Alina sorry I missed your live video. I am going to view your later on. Thank you for your dedication keeping us informed with video. It’s good to see your dad in the video.
Awe, missed your live yesterday. A belated hi to you and your dad. Never been to Saskatoon but hope to some day soon, thanks for lovely tour and your fun memories :)
There is a weird phenomenon near that small brick wall to the right of the Bessborough across from the courthouse when you face the hotel. If you stand in the middle of the circle and say something that sound will reverberate. I miss it there.
I just love seeing you and your Dad showing everyone this beautiful city. Also, when I played hooky in High School my Mom would have me write my note stating I stayed home. The one time I had her write the sick note...THE SCHOOL CALLED MY MOM AND SAID I FORGED MY SICK NOTE!!! SHE TOLD THE SCHOOL THAT, INDEED, SHE WROTE THE SICK NOTE!!! THEY WERE SO APOLOGETIC. LOL THE SCHOOL THOUGHT MY HANDWRITING WAS MY MOM'S AND HER HANDWRITING WAS MINE. MEMORIES!!!!💖✨💖
@28:51 random toddler wanders into frame. I’m guessing a parent was down the alley and caught up off camera (could hear toddler laughing noises), but from our perspective in the audience, she looks like she’s just having a stroll through downtown Saskatoon like you and your Dad. 😂
I'm from saskatoon!! Omg how did I come across this!? Who knows... insane ! I'm in the definbaker area and HI DAD!!!! Also what's his name again? I ever see him ill say hi ! - if he comes to the city to gather groceries or something!
Alina, where will you go next in the world? Eastern Europe, Asia, the Pacific? Canada is kinda dry and too arrogant for me. I especially loved your videos from Ukraine. ❤️
Hello i'm from Medellín Colombia thanks for your video i want to will move to Saskatchewan i think to saskatoon whit My family thanks for Your comentary
Hey Alina Mcleooood tremendo el recorrido en Saskatoon nice fresh temperatura , caminata , dia soleado, parque, panoramica del centro of the city, recorrido seguro, buena company , bello rio y vos te miras coooooooooooool!con tu sweater vermelho
Is there any rock'n roll or metal bar? I and my family are about to move to Canada. Waiting for visa. We choose this city. Because it's away from multi cultural crowded places. We would like to live in real Canada with its real native heritage and first mover people :)
Excellent statue of ghandi in Canada! I had to laugh, I like a funicular “reverential” statue, more fun than another politician or soldier from another war, I hope they like it there in Canada, much love ✌️❤️🇬🇧
It's not -40 for six months of the year, that's silly. It's -40 for seven months of the year! Lol, sorry I missed the live stream, I was battling the crowds at the south Costco.
Nice city but its pretty boring compared to living in Ontario. I have lived in both places. Winters are super harsh out in Sask. as well. Best junior hockey in Sask though.
