We make onsen tamago when we make gyudon. Here’s how we do ours. We first boil water with our electric kettle bec it’s easier. In a bowl/pot, put the eggs. Once the water is boiling, we pour water to the bowl/pot until the eggs are submerged, cover the bowl/pot, set timer for 15mins. While waiting, prepare ice bath. Transfer eggs to ice bath after the timer ends. Eggs should be ready once it cools down. Hopefully it works for you too!😊

you need to fill more water in a pot! also no need to add cold water. Just put 1~3eggs in a pot and leave 12~13min. hope this helps.

**Have you seen the viral videos of that mango candy that you can peel the skin and eat it? I see videos and they say it's really good. Boichick also has a new location in Santa Clara. I wasn’t impressed by their lox bagel compared to other bagel shops and it was quite pricey. Wouldn’t recommend.

Yes, lox is brased salmon, so its been lying in a marinade. Smoked salmon is just smoked.
