Fam six days a week of weight training is just way too much volume to handle. These type of things can come as a result of burning yourself out over the years with work, working out and little, low quality rest. Sometimes taking a step back is the only way to move forward plus as we age less is more when it comes to training. It's all good fam looking slim now time to get stronger. We here for you 🙏

I had the SAME thing. Had a bunch of blood clots in my lungs. Glad you got that Vena Cava procedure and you caught it when you did. Hope you found a cause for the clots.

It had to be be fate that I discovered your RU-vid today. I too was battling pneumonia a few weeks ago and constant shortness of breath that was seriously reducing my quality of life and energy and ultimately ended up in the hospital as well. Like you I couldn't help but develop the "why me" mindset at that time and though im slowly getting better and getting back to life, this video was nothing short of all the inspiration I needed to completely change my mindset and decide to live life fully again and live the life i deserve. I thank you so much for sharing your story. Truly an inspiration 💪💯!

New subscriber here. I’m sorry that you had to go through all of that. Let me just say you went through that because you have a purpose. You’re a walking testimony… I just had total hip replacement on December 21st. I was told to take aspirin 2 day a week for the next month to prevent blood clots. I did it for a few weeks then stopped. Then your video comes across my feed with your story!!! I literally paused the video to take my aspirin, because of you! I will pray that you continue to heal and thank you for sharing your story ❤.

Me and my dad just had pneumonia during Christmas. I passed out at the barbershop and almost in the shower one night. It was like the steam wouldn’t let me breathe. Glad you’re recovering from it

Hi I’m glad you are doing well. I was just flipping through RU-vid channels and I caught ( I almost Lost My Life) so it spiked my attention. Once I heard your story, I heard how you were questioning why me, I laughed.😊 that was me 3 1/2 years ago. I woke up one morning and I couldn’t walk. Every time I took a step I fell my daughter rushed to the hospital the next day I was transferred to another hospital at that point I knew something was wrong once I got to the hospital, they told me that they had to amputate my leg below the knee. They were blood clots there and I had a blood clot near my heart and one in my throat one by my brain. No one in my family ever had blood clots I was the first I had to call home and tell them , I was losing my leg below the knee my other leg the toes were damaged. They were hoping that they will heal themselves a year later in May. They decided to take the toes, I question me why me. I have four grown, and I had two grandchildren that knew me with both my legs and I had two more that came into this world, during the time I lost my leg and never seen me walk with both legs which scared me which made me feel unfair to my other grandchildren that I couldn’t have the enjoyment that I had with the other two I question myself every day. Why me what did I do to deserve this , but as you said in your story, God gives you what you can only handle. My mother would say this over and over now I understand when she passed this past June God only gives you what you can handle the words from the wise. Be glad you’re still here. Be glad you can tell your story. It was hard for me. It was days when I didn’t want to be here but I’m glad that I stuck with it. I’m doing well walking with a prosthetic and I got back behind the drivers wheel of my car again keep up the good work thank you for your story
