@@venven1424 sadly all of the mentioned units are not pet friendly :( you can search on fb marketplace they usually state there that the unit is pet friendly. hope this helps! 😊

normally the term is 1 year pero minsan nagaallow sila ng 6 months pero medyo mas malaki yung rent per month 😊

600 pesos yung bidet, i bought it from ace hardware then yung labor to install is 300 dito sa apartment ko pero kaya syang i-DIY if you have the proper tools 😊

i rent this place for 16,000/month inclusive of assoc dues. It was initially offered at 18k but I negotiated and got it at a good price considering this is a fully furnished unit walking distance to CBD. 😊
