Have you ever wondered what it would be like to follow God literally, the way a group of tourists follow a guide holding a sign to lead the way? That’s what the Hebrews did. God sent a pillar of cloud to guide them by day, and one of fire by night. They had only to look for the pillar as they made their way through the desert.
