Hi guys! About our utilities for the first three months of our stay we paid each $127, our landlord paid it already in full. Then we pay him only afterwards for our share. Affordable isn’t? Again this fee varies, depends on your usage. ☺️ Thank you so much for watching this video! Hope that this help you in deciding living here in New Brunswick as a temporary resident! Stay safe and healthy guys! Much love.❤️

Hello sister...where i contact you??...im thinking to study in new brunswick and im a international student...so please i need to contact a student living there for queries...
I'm coming to New Brunswick NBCC is my college... how about the part time jobs..is it easy to get a part time job? I need a single room..shared kitchen and toilet....
Hi @ViranKariyawasam Good to know that you choose NBCC. Which campus? There are a lot of work opportunities here as long as you are not that picky. About accommodations, here in St andrews there are only few but with other cities there are many rooms for rent and ready for occupancy. 😉
Great campus! Moncton is really good in terms of work opportunities, most establishments open all year round unlike here in St. Andrews there are a few est open all year round only and most closes in fall and winter season. @ViranKariyawasam
Hi Gmae. I am processing my docs in the same consultant u applied with. Just a question which town in nb is good to stay since i will bring with me my husband and child. I am eyeing in moncton. Because job wise is better in moncton i think since my husband also will work or in st. Andrews also there is better opportunity for full time job? Since he will be the one who really will going to provide us financially. Thank u.
Hi @angelinaJavien In terms of work opportunity, Moncton and Saint John are the best cities in NB. There are jobs in St. Andrews but limited and the busiest season for St. Andrews is summer. I hope this help you decide. ☺️
Hi ms. G, question, can you use your phone from the philippines there in canada? Thanks. Nice vlog. Planning to study there in NBCC next year. New subs here 😊
Great video! $3,300 a month is considered affordable rent in Vancouver lol. In Moncton $3,300 a month you'll almost be living like king 🤴Moncton Nb was my hometown growing up.
Woww! I didn’t know that’s considered affordable rent, I need a good paying job in order for me to pay that monthly rent. Anyways, Thank you for watching! ☺️ @Wiseman
Hello, new subscriber here.
Hi @JustinRobinson yes! 875 a month but utilities are not included. Regarding the space i have no Idea but once I get the message I will let you know. 😉
Hello po! Question lang. If you're still earning money for your tuition in the upcoming semesters, then does it mean the total tuition fee for the whole duration of your program doesn't need to be included on your POF? Or kahit yung rem. balance? Let's say you only paid 50% of your tuition during your study permit application and before landing to Canada, the rem. 50% doesn't need to be included on your POF po?
Hi... You've subscribers from other countries as well..😀 I'm a Nigerian and I'm finding it hard to read the comments... You know you reply with your language..😀 Could you use English so we don't get to ask questions you've already answer in the comment section. One love sis
hi..watched this for the second time..and i have another question...😀 consecutive ba terms jan sa NBCC? like if January frst term ko, May ba agad ang second? or sa septmber pa?
No po. Bali may academic calendar po sila then un po ung fofollow niyo to pay for tuition fee. So may deadline po parehong terms para mabayaran ung tuition fee unless po magbabayad po kayo ng buo or one year tuition fee balie misc fees nalang po ung maiiwan at babayaran po if ever.
Hi Ms. G🤗 I've been watching your videos. Its informative. I am planning to study & work in New Brunswick is there program social service comminity worker?

I will soon upload a video about this since it will only last for a month I believe. You can take advantage of that especially during the quarantine period. 😉
Hi Abin! About UNB you can check their FAQs. Here’s the link. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching btw. 😉 www.unb.ca/gradstudies/admissions/faqs.html
@@jewishcarpenter9500 it says their that processing time would be 6months for UNB. Most of the colleges and universities are taking time in processing your application for admission because of covid and other factors that are part of the processing.
In the phil papa mark and I spend money like a madapaking billionaires! always law of attraction.. 🤣
It won't be long where we'll see NBers paying very high rents and soaring prices on houses if landlords, that are lobbying the government , get their way - to get rid of the double property tax on rental properties.
Hi @cherryhoneyoquiassanchez there are a lot of job opportunities dito po. In terms of cities I suggest Saint John and Moncton po tlga ung abundant po. ☺️
Randy Calubad Hi! Thank you po for watching! ☺️
Hi @LionZebra thank you for watching po my video ☺️about po jan yes po meron. And if interested din po kayo na maging international student in Canada, suggest ko na din po ito. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DXZt7mt8HeM.html
Hi @Rodalynacedillogonzales thank you for your suggestion. I will try do my best for that. At this moment it is hard to vlog the campus itself if you are not the student at that campus. ☺️
@@amritpal8300 NBCC is good! they are one of the affordable schools across Canada and delivers quality education too. Pr is not an easy process for all provinces, however, population-wise yes they might more accept foreign nationals to become permanent residents to fill the need of the province in the workforce part.
Thank you for watching beb! 🤗
Sher Cast kasi po ung program namin dito nalang available po since nung time na un sa moncton campus po full na ung slot. Yes po mahirap po pag winter dito kasi limited ung jobs at the same po di na meet ung 20hrs perweek.
Sher Cast pero po as as a whole po province po,maraming work opportunities po dito and nag ssponsor na designated na employers po. Kaya if chooisng New Brunswick po okay din po siya.. Thank you din po! ☺️
