This is our first visit to Martin's Station in the Wilderness Trail State Park in Virginia. Follow along to meet and talk to many of the re-enactors. How did they live in the Colonial times.
Meet a Gunsmith, a Basket Weaver, a Blacksmith, Native Americans and more.
Thank you for watching!!!! And God save Virginia!!!

❤️ Thank you so much!!! Lee just worries A LOT!!! Mr. Anxiety! 😁 He wants to get to the point of making a few $ from our videos to help bridge the gap in our retirement plan. I keep telling him to trust in the Lord, we'll be fine. Honestly, if our channel does what it has so far: meeting great people, receiving great comments...that makes it worth every second! Thank you again! ❤️

That was great. We’re only about 2 1/2 hours from there. Was this reenactment only once a year or does it go on all summer? I’m not sure we’d be up to all that walking but we would do what we could

As far as we know, they have 2 big events yearly. One now and one in the fall. Their website isn't much help. It said they opened a week early, we showed up to only the Visitor center being open. Had to drive back up this past weekend. They did tell us that the fort is open now for the season, but I don't think all the reenactors are there. It's a 2 hour drive for us. It was a lot of walking! We were both very tired at the end of the day. Thank you for your comment and watching!!! ❤️
