I once had a dream of a waterfront town named Burrowsby. Really loved the vibe. Googled it and found out about Anacortes on Burrows Bay and it blew my mind. I don't believe in signs or destiny, but I feel like I want to be there.
i lived there when i was about 4, so sad i moved because i’ve realized that it’s an amazing place! i’m literally crying bc it’s bringing back so many memories
Met a Caucasian lady who dined @ my ramen shop in Elk Grove , CA and she was driving to Los Angeles . She said very few good Asian restaurants in her town so she would map out asian spots to eat on the way to her destination. Gets busy during tourist season and food is mostly steak and egg in Anacortes.
Our house in Anacortes had a picture window view of Mount Baker and I was always hoping that this volcano would erupt, as it would have been spectacular!
@@krkabob The distance is about 40 miles, safe for most andesitic stratovolcano eruptions, especially since Anacortes is to the west. Prevailing winds would likely blow the ash eastward.
Hi, thank for getting back with that information. I’m from San Diego California that price is actually pretty good, here in SD 2 bedroom is 2200 month.
I live here in Anacortes and it’s getting out of control with everyone moving here it’s basically lost that small town feel and charm, I wish it was like it was 40 years ago it was much better then . People need to stop moving here
